Fantastic experience! Communication with the staff was easy, and all documents and paperwork were handled smoothly. Our Formula 1 trip to Singapore went off without a hitch. This was our second time using Events Travel, and we’ll definitely book with them again for our next Formula 1 experience.

We had to cancel our family trip for my daughter’s 18th birthday to the Singapore F1 due to a devastating medical diagnosis. Although we cancelled and lost the entire cost of our trip for the whole family - we are still being hounded to review the trip we didn’t get to take. Better care/sensitivity with admin needed. In response to your reply we are not disputing the no refund policy you have in place regarding your packages we were aware but medical conditions made the trip impossible and that is our loss to bear. JUST TO CLARIFY THE INACCURACY IN YOUR RESPONSE - if you were to kindly check your records you will find that we did in fact pay the entire cost of the packages plus upgrades for our group - not just a deposit as you have stated.

Organisation is key; everything went seamlessly, smoothly and as expected. Accom at Grand Copthorne was fantastic and getting to and from the circuit, (and most other places), was too easy using the SMRT. Seating tickets on Pit Straight were a very good upgrade for us and tickets to the Gardens by the Bay were fantastic also. Having representatives at the hotel on Friday helped us as well.

Everything was excellent from the start with the booking process, even with the few changes that we made, and the payment process is really easy. There were no dramas with flights and transfers to the hotel and it was really nice and in an easy spot to get everywhere. The seats that we got were really good. I dont think I could have picked a much better seat in the stand that we chose. I highly recommend the Relax Package. It gives you a few days of sightseeing otherwise you will spend 90% of you time on track and miss out on taking in the other things in Singapore.

So well organised 6 nights at Singapore F1. The best motel, flights all good, got ticket included for Gardens of the Bay. Airport transfers all went well. The whole experience was well done by Events Travel and such good value. Will definately use them again.
