Awful online experience
Awful online experience, ordered £100 of vape refills for holiday , paid then it asked me to verify my age , I do not have either of the methods available to verify . Asked for refund and they agreed and said it will take up to 10 days. Why is the age verification after payment and not before ? And why didn’t it mention online age verification is required before placing the order

I went into the Worcester store today to get a few vapes for the week. The shop had lots of choice, good prices and the lady working there was really helpful, friendly and awesome ❤️
