VPZ began in 2012, when our founders, eager to quit smoking, discovered that vaping was the only method that truly helped them kick the habit. First time ordering on the web site and paid for my stuff then I got an email the next day saying my order was cancelled because they didn't have one flavour instead of phoning me or waiting until I came in to the shop to see if I wanted another flavour they just cancelled the whole order

Recently, I've had three 3-packs of replacement pods, and the majority of them went bad within just 1-3 days of replacing instead of lasting the usual 5-10 days. Because of this, my local store exchanged these for me (I specifically asked for a batch distant from what I had) – however, only one pod in the pack of three worked with no issues, the other two leaked even though newly installed. Disappointing and suggests poor quality control.
On top of that, the VPZ website's "Forgot Your Password" feature does not send the email at all, despite multiple attempts (my email is registered, before you ask Reader).
Because of that, I've decided to move away from VPZ and have now ordered a new device from a different manufacturer - I'm very much looking forward to using a more consistent and reliable kit without the same pod-quality issues.

Ok. So when I open the site, it's locked into 16:9 screen format which makes it really awkward to navigate. Also when trying to to filter products it constantly buffers and freezes. The app/site is terrible and needs sorting.

Her gentle sense of humour, people skills and incredible empathy go hand in hand with her knowledge of cost effectiveness for the customer. She is an asset to the store and her manager. She values her colleagues too and enjoys working there - which is a rarity in today’s workplace! Great lady, great staff and fabulous products. Unequalled. 👍🏻😌🌸

What fabulous staff in the Sheffield centre branch. Really helpful and very knowledgeable. I could not have asked for better service. They sold me a multi charging kit to put in my keyring just what I needed. Use this shop it's the best.

I’ve Always had positive non problematic experiences with vpz over a long time.
,I’ve been a good customer & Could not fault them (UNTIL) very recently when I was due a refund & wasn’t unlike a comedy of errors/misunderstanding by vpz which had me going in circles more/less by going from one vpz branch to another from appox 7th-18th feb ,Then alas I got my refund finalised.
Im sure their refund procedure could probably be more straightforward ,Quite embarrassing .
Ironically the refund was all cleared up at the very 1st branch I went to prior to my wild goose chase to the other vpz store .
On a positive point with this ordeal,credit to the lady in the other vpz branch who got the ball rolling despite the refund finalisation being a somewhat lenghthy muddle..
Needless to say I won’t be returning.

I visited the Swindon store for the 1st time today. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the store manager, he was extremely helpful, he showed me the huge variety of options and I found the the juice I was looking for. All in all a great experience.
If there was an app for the shop then this would definitely be the go to for all my vaping needs.

I don’t like having my time wasted and usually the guys in store are really good. My car is in the garage so I ordered online and selected my current address. When it processed it said my old house which I can’t get to. I sent an email and got a rude reply from a Fiona and don’t appreciate being spoken to curtly when the glitch isn’t my fault. Had to reprocess my order and now wait for the other one to be refunded. Frustrating UX and not even an apology. Clearly this is an issue their side as she told me to delete the old address when it goes through. A little customer service goes a long way and this is the first experience I’ve had in literal years god bless my Poor lungs of being a customer.

Bought a vaporesso from the Cumbernauld branch late yesterday. Took it home, primed it and was obviously coil had malfunctioned. Took it back this morning and was told they wouldn't refund or replace as the battery pack was working. Wouldn't even give me a new coil. Will not be back.

Sorry to have to do this but I feel that I need to amend my last review of my experience with this company. My view has not changed as to the friendliness of the staff just that the advise given was not what I expected. A couple of weeks ago I went into a VPZ branch for the first time looking to move off cigarettes and my pipe to a vape. I had done some research and thought that a Geekvape B100 kit was a good fit. The branch had a unit in stock so I bought it. Today I visited my local branch only to be told that they did not have replacement coils. The staff member then checked on stock at another store close by (the one from which I made my original purchase) and they had no stock. I was directed to another vape store only to be told that the model I had purchased was old stock and should try Amazon!! What is the point of having a loyalty card when I can’t buy the needed accessories? Why was I not told that this is an outdated model? I am not happy at all and query whether I should go back to a VPZ store
