29th DEC 2021..Tenerife Airport South (Sur) .. What a shambles !! Under staffed, system down (they said) people missing flights because they could not get their pre flight test done or done quick enough (even though they had booked) .. This company needs to be closed down NOW .. Daylight Robbery - DO NOT USE THEM..

Having paid for day 2 PCR test, received no confirmation and when queried told to get in touch again before I returned to UK. Code received while on my return flight! Impossible to communicate with and no response to request for refund. Don't touch with a barge pole

Eurofins Megalab at Prat / Barcelona airport was HORRENDOUS. Not only they were unprofessional, disorganized and overpriced, but the way in which they conduct the test is unnecessarily BARBARIC.

I would avoid at all costs. But, if you must go there: Make sure you have a previous appointment (make it online) or they will turn you down. It was heartbreaking to see people being told they couldn't get tested there because they had no appointments and there was no one to guide them otherwise (this included an elderly lady who kept asking for help and the girl in charge kept turning her down). Surely we can do things better, people!

Booked and paid for pre flight covid test at Fuerteventura Airport on 1st Jan 2022 the day of flight back to the U.K.

2 weeks before starting my holiday I was informed by email that the testing facility was closing on 31st Dec and therefore they were cancelling my appt- no mention of how to obtain a refund - phone line next to useless as each time I get cut off. This is not the service it claims to be - don’t use it

I ordered the PCR test. Then I didn’t receive a reference code that I could use it when I travel back to the UK.

I tried to call them for few days in different time. They say “your call is important to us” - it is a lie. They don’t care at all. They Don’t pick up the phone even company says they work 24/7, you will never be able to contact them and so I was needed to buy another test.
This is a nightmare - not a company. AVOID AT ANY COST! (I ordered from “lateralflowtesting” company and everything was solved in seconds, got the code, and spent much less time, no stress and the same price.

I wasted 90 EUR!!
While on holiday in Alicante, I ordered a PCR test to be delivered to my address, this was done well in advance of my trip. The test never arrived and I had to go to the airport in a rush (spent another 30EUR on a Taxi) and got the test there.
The testing service at the airport is good though and I got my results earlier than expected.
Despite calling/writing to customer service several times about the test that never arrived I never got a reply and lost 90EUR. UNACCEPTABLE!

Went in Monday for Antigen test. All went well, they said pick up your results online. My result said numbers where wrong. Rand Santander, rang Madrid, they just hang up. Emailed and no reply. Had to go back on Wednesday and they had put my passport number in wrong. They thought it was funny. Cost me a day of my holiday.

Used the service at Majorca Airport, my husband and I booked online and paid at the testing centre. We paid for fast pcr tests and received the results within 2 hours. Friendly efficient service, would definitely use again.

You fill in most details, and then you are allowed to enter a Spanish address only. No other options. BS.

Extremely poor services lost my PCR specimen ,from their drop box for travel,customer service appalling. Potentially could have lost my holiday but I didn't need a test in the end to travel. Didn't help with the stress I felt trying to get may result. Took days for customer services to get intouch with me. Have been promised a refund still waiting. Don't use them.

Absolutely appalling book your test elsewhere. We made 4 appointments for a family of 4 and they refused to see to us saying that they were closing in 10 mins despite claiming to be open for another 2 hours! The lady we spoke to was rude and unhelpful. I speak Spanish but she continued to be abrupt and rude and ignore what I was saying. It is impossible to book a test for a minor unless they have their own phone or email! She refused to accept this. Thankfully we booked 2 days in advance of our flight. Everybody around us was having so many problems and the service was terrible. Find another test provider

Terrible experience. We paid for and had two PCR tests done in Majorca at Palma airport. They did an antigen test for me instead of a PCR and still waiting for my husband’s results! DO NOT RECOMMEND .
