Terrible experience. I was booked through two different garages for tyre fitting. The first one was permanently closed, and the second one didn’t receive the tyres at all. I went to both appointments as no one called me to say they couldn’t accommodate the fitting. Two weeks on, no one still knows where the tyres are. Communication is non-existent.

Supposed to fit tyre today. Got a text late into the day saying they don't have the tyre and won't fit today, saying they can do Friday (today is Tuesday). No solution no customer care. Terrible service, won't use again and don't recommend

Absolutely rubbish !!! Did not deliver the tyre to the supplier. Customer service did not do much to sort out the issue. I had to request a refund. I would highly recommend that you deal directly with JL Mobile Tyre, they did their best to sort out my tyre and it turned out to be cheaper ! Etyre, you will never see me using your service again.

Initial experience was great with good pricing and quick installation. However I bought additional wheel alignment and tyre protection which were the issues started.
1- wheel alignment was not possible in my car as installer was not equipped with right tech for my car
2- policy expired before I could upload pictures of DOT numbers required to make policy active and now company states they can't refund insurance money as it has expired pure shambles terrible costumer service with no humans available to speak to

THE WORST SUPPLIER I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Considering I deal with suppliers for work in both the UK and abroad, yes thats a bold statement!
If you like the idea of paying someone for tyres then taking a lucky dip on if they will arrive or not then these are your guys!
Ordered 2 tyres, had no delivery options on next day, 48 hours etc. Had to accept the one offer of "within 5 days". OK I can put up with my car being off the road for a week so let's do it. Two days in I get 1 tyre delivered, after emailing and chasing their customer services team (again a bold statement as they are completely useless and could not care less, they made me feel like I was inconveniencing them!). Long story short, fobbed off time and time again. After my car being off the road for 10 days now, I have been offered a refund so will have to find my 2nd tyre elsewhere.
A colossal waste of time.
Stick with Black Circles, or anyone else on the planet other than these cowboys.

The Appointment with the fitter was given to me without consulting the fitter. The fitter could not then fit us in until the following day. This meant we were late leaving for holiday. The whole experience was rather frustrating.

Competent, careful and efficient

Needed a new rear tyre on my BMW.
They’re an unusual size and run flats and the Car reg look-up doesn’t work.
The website experience made it easy to find my tyres and book.

Tyres were faulty I submitted a warranty claim which was accepted after a lot of back and forth. They asked me to drop the tyres off at the garage which fitted them. The garage said they didn't think anyone actually came to pick them up. I had to constantly chase etyres to send the refund over countless phone calls and emails. They said the refund would be sent but it never was and didn't respond to my messages...

So easy to use! Amazingly priced, so much cheaper than garage prices.

Booking for fitting do not exist
When you get to fitting garage you more likely to go home with your old tyres

I placed an order with etyres.co.uk and booked an appointment for fitting. When I arrived at the garage on the confirmed date and time, they told me my tyres hadn’t even arrived. I called etyres.co.uk and the lady on the phone casually said they needed to “email the supplier” to find out when the tyres might be delivered. Seriously? Why wasn’t this confirmed before making my appointment?

I took a day off work for this, only to be told they have no idea when the tyres will show up. Completely unprofessional, disorganised, and careless service. They clearly don’t value their customers’ time.

Never ordering from them again. AVOID this company at all costs unless you enjoy wasting your time and dealing with incompetence.

Great price but there must be a catch. There is-tyres not delivered by the supplier. As etyres was contracted to provide the service they get the blame.
Wasted day off for shoddy service!
