Ordered simple
Chosen garage could not do the day i had picked on the website
So arranged another day with them to then get a phone call later in the afternoon saying they could not get the wheels of so could not do the job so called a tyre shop
So I picked up the tyres and done them myself
Trying to get hold of tyres on the phone is impossible tried atleast 6 times to call as I wont a refund for the wheel alignment that was not done as they never fitted the tyres
Very disappointed 😞

I’m impressed with etyres! Their range of premium and budget tyres is fantastic, and the service is top-notch. I loved having the option to choose home delivery, and the website made it easy to compare tyres and prices. Definitely stress-free and convenient.

Looking for new tyres for my XC60 and was attracted by the recent Yokohama promotion of vouchers for 2 or 4 tyres. Needed 4 but 2 were urgent so went for 2 tyres with a view for 2 more. Despite written assurance that my voucher claim had been registered, despite numerous emails and assurances, Etyres totally washed their hands of it. No vouchers and a bad taste in my mouth.

Etyres make promises and don't keep them. There are plenty of other options out there and my advice is to look past the promotions as it looks like they are a false promise. This is a company I will not use again

This would be zero stars if able, Ordered tyres on 19th Dec to be fitted 20th, supplied only 2 of 3 tyres required, so had to wait until 29th, still unable to supply 3 tyres, so fitter still would not fit any tyres. Car on drive with puncture unusable. Cancelled order on 29th was told 6 days for refund. 6th Jan phoned to ask why still o refund. Only to be told they had only just phoned garage to confirm no tyres fitted, so still another 6 days until refund. They have had over £800 for nearly a month and i am being penalised for their supply chain issues

If theres an option for no star, thats what it deserves. Paid on 29th Dec, booked for fitting on 5th Jan. Arrived at garage and was informed the tyres didnt arrive. Called customer service and was told i needed to wait 6 days before i get my money back after they confirm delivery status. WTF, you dont have tracking on your deliveries? Even the garage owner spoke to them and confirm nothing was received.

Buying tyres from etyres was such a smooth experience. I ordered from Canada, and the online search made it simple to find the exact tyres I needed. Delivery to my door was fast, and everything arrived in perfect condition.

First garage booked didn’t have availability, second garage never received the tyres. Promised phone calls never happened and email never answered. On the positive side cancellation and refund was simple. High street garage fitting was about £5 per tyre dearer, but without any hassle.

Let down by both etyres and in n out auto centre warrington , cancellation appointment 27 mins before wile I was sat on the car park waiting , then told I can have a refund that can take up to 6 days 🤦‍♂️ absolutely jokers !

First the good. The tyres were the most competitively prised .
The bad.Tyres were not sent to the fitters after saying they had been sent they admitted they had not.
Had to make a second appointment at a great deal of inconvenience .
Wrote an email asking for comment to etyres but received no reply .

I arrived at the fitting centre after ordering 4 new tyres for my car only to find 3 had been delivered. I called tyre customer service to be told that they would have to contact the supplier no apology basically saying it was my problem not theirs still waiting for a call back from them to find out what is going to happen next

Twice I have booked mobile tyre flitter for two different orders. The first time the mobile fitter cancelled, the second time the company booked didn’t even offer a mobile service.

Lesson learnt, never trust this company!

Tires got delivered. However they sent me 3 tires at first and marked as 4 were delivered. Unfortunately the customer service did not care too much to explain what is happening with my order. They blamed delivery company and delivery company blamed them. At the end i had to reschedule fitting appointment due to late delivery.

From booking, to fitting all went very well.

First garage booked for fitting was no longer working with etyres so had to change garages. Original order was cancelled by etyres and a new order given. Had to chase for new order number for use at garage, received it just an hour before appointment time. Otherwise price was good and tyres were delivered to the new garage a couple of days prior to fitting.

I arrived at my allotted time and they were ready to do the tyres. I was helped to locate the well hidden wheel nut adaptor then proceeded to do the fitting. I was shown to the waiting area, which was nicely heated. Staff were friendly and they put the tyres they had removed neatly in the boot for me. Speedy and efficient fitting.

Bought tyres online yesterday with fitting booked today. Local garage called to say they don't have them. Got etyres to ring me who said they didn't have any. Really an online tyre company should be on the ball and only sell what they have in stock. Cancelled order and awaiting refund.

Had 4 all weather tyres fitted by blackboots in Chesham last Saturday. Great crew and very good turnaround. Highly recommend these guys

I turned up at my scheduled time and as seen straight away and I was away in no motr than 15 minutes. Would definitely use again . Only down side and all garages in my experience are like this, they do need to smile more!

Always my go to for tyres plenty of choice and stock plus always have good deals on

Bought tyres from here and had them delivered and fitted at a local garage. On fitting I noticed the “new tyres” are 6 years old! Very unhelpful customer service. Round and round about policy’s that don’t make sense. Refused to refund me. Had the tyres taken off and left at garage to return as not fit for purpose. Absolutes cow boys and a waste of 3 hours stood in minus 3 weather.
