DO NOT USE. They fit new tyres (THE WRONG ONES) on my 75 year old grandmothers car and refused to fix it. They have basically stolen money from a 75 year old pensioner and will not help to replace them with the correct ones. Disgusting, make sure you check they have put the correct tyres on before leaving.

Have had part worn tyres from here previously and always had a great service. Ordered new tyres the afternoon before and was booked for 09.00. Got there early (around 08.40) and was all done and dusted just after 09.00.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY-My 75 year old Mother ordered 2 245/45 R18 from them. They arranged fitting, she went to the garage and had them fitted. She subsequently had her car serviced at BMW main dealer who informed her that she had two tyres that were the wrong size, 245:40 R18 not the tyres she ordered. She reported this to etyres and they have simply given her the middle finger! A disgusting way to treat any customer, let alone an elderly lady. BE WARNED!

Seems to be a theme in some of the reviews. Book a time slot with a local fitter, pay in full, local fitter phones to say not possible. Money is sat with etyres and not refunded promptly.

Business model perhaps is to sit on customers money for days earning interest rather than complete and fulfil tyre fitment bookings. Booking schedules are clearly not real time with the sites used. Suspect they pick and choose depending on if the price is worth it.

No point being slightly better price if you can’t get them fitted and lose access to funds for a week…. Had to dig deep to pay someone else in the meantime. I’d avoid using etyres based on my experience.

Was expecting a good service as I’d got one before and I wasn’t disappointed- got another good service. Good range of tyres and fast delivery to local fitter who fitted it promptly

The service was good overall, but I had some issues with the payment process. My card didn’t go through, so I had to pay via PayPal — even though the same card was linked to my PayPal account. It was a bit confusing.I booked my fitting expecting that my car would be attended to at the scheduled time, but I had to wait in line, which was a bit frustrating. What surprised me even more was that after returning home and going for an MOT, I was told that one tyre had been fitted the wrong way around. I had to drive back to have it corrected. I appreciate that mistakes can happen, but this really shouldn’t occur after a booked appointment.

Had purchased tyres and then booked a time of 1030 for fitting. Arrived for fitting after a 30 mile round trip to be told tyres wouldn’t be in until afternoon. Pointless being able to book a time if the tyres aren’t even there! Wouldn’t use etyres again

I ordered and paid for 4 tyres and fixed a fitting date with local tyre fitting garage. An hour before the allotted time the garage called to say only 2 of the four tyres had been delivered. I called eTyres and was told they needed to contact the delivery company. However, they couldn't use the telephone only email. Needless to say, 3 hours later and nothing from eTyres! I called them again - same story! I asked to speak to a manager but managers don't take calls! The delivery company doesn't take calls and eTyres won't tell me who the deivery company is. I asked for refund but was told that takes 6 days. I explained payment only takes 6 seconds!
So, now I am £400 out of pocket with no tyres and no money to go anywhere else meaning van is off the road and I'm losing more money every day.
This is one great big scam - avoid.

They took money straight away for a next day booking but garage called and said couldn't fulfil for over a week. When I contacted etyres to rebook somewhere else or cancel they were pretty slow: half an hour for an exchange of a dozen messages, and then told me it would be 6 days for a refund. That's the policy. Needs to be better for mistakes that they/garages make.

I am writing to express my concern regarding my scheduled appointment on 03/10/2025 at 09:30, which was unexpectedly canceled. Unfortunately, I received no prior notification by phone or email, and only learned of the cancellation when I arrived.
