Very happy customer

Thanks to other TrustPilot reviews I bought a new sound bar from epiceasy.co.uk (esupply) and am very impressed with the service. It arrived on time via DPD, the packaging is original and fully sealed so I know I have got exactly what I ordered (I’m always sceptical). 100% recommend and will certainly use them again in future with confidence.

I was a bit wary of ordering my new…

I was a bit wary of ordering my new QLED TV from esupply. I'd never heard of them and they were considerably cheaper than some of the other more well known online electronics retailers. There had to be a catch. However I did a quick online search and read a lot of positive reviews so thought I'd take the plunge.
So glad I did...70 quid cheaper than nearest competitor and free next day delivery through DPD. Transaction went smoothly and TV working great so far. Can't comment on their customer service as I haven't needed to use it but from what I've experienced it's a thumbs up from me and I'll be using them again.

Can't knock esupply.

I'm yet to set up my Samsung Q700 soundbar so I can only remark on the service I received from esupply. It was first class. Ordering on line was simple. The soundbar was delivered the day after I ordered it. I didn't have to pay for delivery which was nice and it arrived with no damage to the packaging. If the soundbar is as good as the service esupply gave me then I'm expecting a great product. I could have got the soundbar slightly cheaper but I doubt very much if the easy of purchase and delivery would have been matched.

Great service

Great prices on items that I was looking to purchase + fast and reliable shipping with DPD.
