Fast & Helpful
I recently ordered a new tablet, I was a bit uneasy at first as I had never heard of this company. The price was very good and quick delivery for free.
Customer support was also helpful as they applied a discount code for me which I forgot to apply at checkout after emailing them.

I've used Klarna twice on this site and…
I've used Klarna twice on this site and I've gotten an error message saying payment hasn't gone through. Checked my bank account and payment was pending and now instead of getting excited about my new tablet, I'm forced to wait days to see whether the payment goes through or not. I'm nervous as I'm new to esupply and both times I've used them I've had an issue! Not a good introduction to this company and i fear using them again.

George from esupply emailed me and resolved my issue satisfactorily. They were quick and sympathetic! Will definitely purchase from them again and recommend. They put me at ease! Well done guys!

Ordered a monitor on the night before…
Ordered a monitor on the night before bank holiday and was eagerly awaiting its arrival but I got an email on the working day after bank holiday letting me know it was out of stock and that there was an error on their website. Very annoying but the customer service was excellent in terms of prompt responses and helpful information. I really want to give a higher rating but unfortunately, as I never received my product, I can't.
They've told me they'll give a full refund and I got an email confirming as much but I haven't received it yet although all of this just happened this morning so I don't expect it to come through straight away anyway.
Overall, I probably will use this site again because 1. Prices are unbeatable and 2. Amazing customer service.
Edit: received the refund so shall bump this up by a point

Brilliant Customer Service

Literally, this isn't a generic, robotic review. I ordered an item, which came late unfortunately, as I did order before an extended bank holiday. Easily enough, I returned it and they did refund once I enquired. Might come back for my laptop at these prices too. Great service!

Second try lucky
First tv was smashed but they took it back and gave me the option of a replacement or a refund. It was faster to re-order it and get a refund when they got the broken unit back, and the second one is working great.
