Very impressed
Some say the best things about a company is how they react to something going wrong, I generally don’t leave much reviews but it was how they reacted which really impressed me.
Royal Mail delivered my order to wrong address in which after contacting support they kept in contact with me throughout and then when it was clear Royal Mail were not going to be much use the company was quick to rectify this and offer a solution
It was how customer support reacted that left me impressed and would recommend them without hesitation

Fast response and excellent communication!
I emailed them about an item that I ordered a week ago. They replied quickly and sent out a replacement which then arrived the next day. They even offered to refund the delivery fee and gift a steam key to compensate for the delay.

I've checked your order and can see that our customer care team have emailed you to explain the issue with your order. As mentioned in the email, our payment provider has refused your payment due to suspected suspicious activity; marking your payment as high risk.
This is an automatic process and was flagged by the payment provider directly, meaning your order was automatically cancelled – I'm afraid that this is out of our control.

Ordered from these multiple times no issue with anything even the owner was able to hook me up with some put of stock items and got them sent instantly. If u need a new mouse(grips,skates) anything u should definitely buy from here.
