We’re sorry about the experience you had with Parcelforce on this delivery.
As you’ve since explained to us, Parcelforce failed to honour the redelivery dates you'd arranged, including two occasions where you stayed home waiting for them. We completely understand why you eventually asked for the parcel to be returned.
Unfortunately, we weren't aware of these issues at the time and only heard from you once the parcel was being returned, so we didn't have the opportunity to step in and help resolve the delivery problems earlier.
As soon as you contacted us, we issued a full refund, without waiting for the parcel to arrive back with us, and we'll be raising the experience with Parcelforce.

Quick delivery and quality products. Ordered mouse pad from them and it came in prestigious condition, not a single bend or mark on the box. Will be looking to get mouse pad from them again.
Only issue is low or out of stock on some items, but didn’t stop me from getting pad I wanted.

Wrong item sent initially, emailed to inform me before item had even been delivered. Support team sent the correct item out immediately after realising and as a gesture allowed me to keep the product sent by mistake.
