Hi Oluwatunmise,
We’ve checked the return raised for this order and can confirm it hasn’t been rejected.
Just to clarify, we’re currently waiting for the mouse to arrive back with us so it can be inspected and assessed before confirming the next steps.
Kind regards

Great shopping and customer experience
Firstly, the products are great value for money, the only place I trust to get me an artisan mousepad in the uk, secondly the customer service was great, I had a missing item from my order which they confirmed was sent out by them and they did a full investigation to make sure they had no issues on their end, as a show of good faith they sent me the £20 8k dongle that was missing for free, they were kind and speedy.
