Customer service has been very helpful. I had a tire issue and they addressed it immediately. I had no bike shops around that carried the size inter tube that I needed so they opted to help and send one for free. Customer service is superb.

I bought another charger for the bike thinking I lost the original one in the box that came with the bike yet I was given a little discount for deciding to keep the 2nd instead of paying the restock fee. Thx

I am so happy with my purchase. The bike is great. Easy to commute. I always get on the train with it. The conductors are super nice because it's foldable and the support is great. I had a problem with my left and right break.They sent me a registered left and right break system. I am happy with my purchase with Eskute!

The T300 is of excellent quality, easy to assemble, and works as advertised.

A browser extension set the delivery address for my order to my old address (yeah, my mistake). Jenny with Eskute customer service was very responsive to my efforts to make sure this was corrected without me having to cancel and reorder.

Anyone who has done a certain amount of online shopping for ebikes or etrikes realizes that Eskute, Qlife and Actbest sell almost identical models at very similar prices. Even though the Qlife and Acbest models use the same battery as my Heybike, I opted for Eskute because reviews of their customer service were more favorable.

So far they've lived up to my expectations.

I was dealing with an issue regarding an offer on the US site vs the Canadian site and the customer service I received from your representative, Zhou, was outstanding. We were able to work through a compromise that was amenable to both of us and I now have a wonderful new Eskute t300 pro I can't wait to assemble and ride. Thanks Zhou and thanks Eskute!

I received the bike. Unfortunately it was not a good fit for this senior. The frame of the bike is too tall to put the leg over the frame. It was very hard to get on and off. The handle was too close to my body making even harder to get on/off the bike (I almost fell). The seat was too high even adjusting it to the lowest height. Contacted the company to return the bike. The offer me a $40 compensation to keep the bike and sell it on my own. Mind you that I am within the 15 day hassle free return. (So much for the hassle fee). On top of that if I return it they want me to pay for the shipping and then they still will take $200 of my refund. The bike was never used!! I finally put a dispute with my bank.

My bike is super - i love it and a few learning questions and Kelly customer service always got back to me and if she couldnt right away she would let me know why !! Customer like i havent experienced in a very long time !! I would highly recommend this company ! My husband loves his bike also - love riding around together! Nothing beats fresh air and sunshine !! Thank you all very much for your support !!!

The Eskute T300 Pro is an excellent Trike

I give this trike a 5 star review. I don’t know how they do it but with just a few pedal strokes, the motor will kick in. Seamlessly. The bike seems very solid just be sure to take your time getting used to a trike.
It doesn’t lean like a bicycle or motorcycle. You have to get used to shifting your weight in turns. Left turn, lean left. Right turn, lean right. This will stop you from tilting the bike over in a turn. The brakes are good and the seat is adjustable to suit your liking.
Overall, I love this bike.

Complete total waste of money., once I finally got it together. As Unfolding it was insane., and you have to wiggle the battery in a weird angle to get it in
took it for a test ride to the hardware store to replace the missing bolts. To assemble the basket.
Although I did get lots of compliments from a lot of people and a lot of smiles of approval. It's handling with a nightmare. You almost have to come due a stop just to safely make a turn. It wants to flip over at speeds above 5 miles an hour. And even going straight it feels unstable.
I found suitable bolts to assemble the basket. But by the time I got out of the hardware store, the Sun had set and the lights on the bike don't work. So I had to go back in\Thankfully ace hardware carries bicycle lights.
But before I can get halfway home , the left rear tire went flat from a very small thorn. It's been raining , so the florence are just barely starting to sprout. I've seen children's bikes from Walmart.Take bigger thorns than this and keep writing without losing air. Which is really disappointing because the bike is advertised in videos.Going across country in climbing hills. When , in reality , you probably can't travel more than three miles without getting a flat on at least one tire , and that's going down side streets
One of the biggest problem with poorly made tires of this thickness. If you have to walk your wife or any length of miles , the inner tube comes out and wraps around the axle , because the tires are oversized. It would have been far more effective and better quality to use standard bicycle tires.,but it looks better with the fat tires
And I have no idea where I can go to replace the inner tubes on these odd shaped , odd sized tires. Or if anything better than the cheapest quality balloon tubes exist for it. Itself is pretty flimsy , and offers no protection to the inner tube. To actually make the spike functional , it's probably gonna cost hundreds of dollars in new tires and tubes
It was a complete and total waste of my time and money, and it didn't even make it for its first test ride of <3 miles and back.

I really like this ebike. It shipped fast. It was packaged well. The quality was very nice for the price. It was easy to assemble. It even came with all the tools needed. For an ebike, it's not that heavy. I really appreciate this for getting it onto the bike rack. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Overall, I’m really happy with it. The bike feels sturdy, rides smoothly, and the throttle response is good once everything is connected properly. The folding feature is a big plus for me because I can store it without taking up much space, and it’s easy to move around when needed.

I also want to mention the customer service — they were responsive and polite, and it was easy to communicate with them. Even though I was able to fix the issue myself, it was good to know support was available and willing to help.

After researching trike e-bikes and looking at price ranges, I found the Eskute T-300. I was amazed to find the price and specifications were comparable to e-bike starting at twice the price. Setup was easy and the end result was a beautiful E-bike trike. Customer service was excellent, shipped and received in record time.just a few days. My first ride was exceptionally smooth. I am extremely happy I found an E-Bike I totally enjoy and recommend Eskute, for a great bike and exceptional service. Good work Eskute!
