The company has refunded my money .

This company ESKUTE.CA took my money, did not deliver the product and had every excuse not to send it. Asked for my passport or drivers licence. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE A SCAM.

I am not satisfied!

Bike arrived late and with a small scratch on the frame. Not a huge deal, but it already gave a bad first impression. Customer service took days to respond.

Excellent customer service

We ordered two bikes, and one arrived with a very slightly warped front wheel. Eskute was prompt with their replies to my emails, and recommended local repair rather than replacement, as the wheels were on backorder. Eskute paid for the repair. Their customer service was impeccable. I'm so happy with their products that I recommended them to my parents, and now they are in the process of ordering bikes for themselves.

Absolutely incredible service

Absolutely incredible service. I was a little too excited with my new bike - admittedly I ran it hard, in the rain, up as many steep hills I could find over long distances, in the park. That's how good the F100 is, it will lull you into false security where you forget that its just a transit bike. Anyway - the digital display and some other stuff went faulty and the bike was dead. I told Eskute and PRESTO!!! replacements at my doorstep. I skipped to the bike shop and screamed NOW WHAT? Within four days they had used the replacement parts to make the bike run EVEN BETTER THAN BEFORE!! (yes, I know this is just me being a little overzealous with the settings)

Highly recommend this brand. I was a little down when my normal bike was stolen some months ago but Eskute has brought back the joy of cycling into my life. I'm pretty sure I'll buy another one for my partner as well.

We ordered a T300 Pro trike from Eskute…

We ordered a T300 Pro trike from Wskute on 3-13-2026 and we received a plastic play pen instead, numerous calls to the company customer service and still have not received the trike, am getting no help in resolving the issue. Bottom line is we ordered a $1,400. Trike and we received a childs play pen.

So far, real good

Even though I have not ridden on the bike as yet, if the customer service is any indication, I believe I will be most satisfied with my purchase. Due to a delivery mishap the bikes were delivered to the wrong address. Eskute were prompt in resolving the issue, much to my satisfaction. I have just finished assembling the bikes by following the clear instructions provided by Eskute. Not bad for an 82 year old dude.

Fast Shipping, Excellent After Sales Support

Honestly, I was a bit nervous ordering from a company I wasn’t familiar with. I ordered a Nova Mini electric pit bike. Shipping was fast! The left brake lever was damaged during shipping. I reached out to support, and they had a replacement brake lever shipped within 24 hours! Pleasantly surprised by their level of after-sales support!

This company is garbage

Update: Eskute is asking for personal details which I do not wish to provide as I have had the same interaction on the platform I used to buy, and they are still saying I need to pay an unreasonable amount for shipping which they will deduct from my refund. Also, adjusting a product to “comply with local laws” is not legal. That’s like loading a rifle w BB’s and calling it a BB gun…
This company is garbage. First, you better check your local laws because most of what they are selling are actually considered motorcycles NOT ebikes (including in the state they're shipped from which is CA). They don't have VIN numbers or a title so it's not like you can even register it. But that's not even my original issue- HORRIBLE customer service. Super scammy (tried to offer me $20 to keep a $900 bike I wanted to return), refused to set up a return for me and kept changing the amount they'd charge me. I bought thru amazon so I wasn't as careful as I normally am as I usually don't have issues with returns, but they are a 3rd party seller so it's been difficult. Buy second-hand or from somewhere reputable. Very expensive lesson learned.

If the speed setting exceeds local regulations, it can be adjusted via the display to limit the speed (e.g., below 32 km/h / 20 mph) to meet local requirements. We would be happy to provide guidance or a video on how to do this if needed.

That said, I sincerely apologize for the experience you had with our customer service. This is not the level of support we aim to provide, and I’m very sorry if our communication caused confusion or frustration.

The ESKUTE V200 is a little Rocket Ship

I bought the ESKUTE V200 E-Dirt Bike. The delivery was very timely. Working with customer service was a breeze. They are there to give you good advice before you place your order.

I was able to assemble the bike in about an hour to an hour and a half. It was really pretty easy and straightforward. It comes in a pretty heavy cardboard box. I recommend having it delivered into your garage. I bought two of these bikes, and one of them, I wasn’t home for. They delivered it to the front porch. I had to roll it end over end back to my garage. It weighs over 100 pounds and I’m nearly 80 years old and I was able to do it. So I imagine if you’re much younger, you shouldn’t have any trouble either.

The bike has 5 speed modes.
Speed mode 1 allows the bike to accelerate to about 7 mph.
Speed mode 2 takes the bike to about 15 mph.
Speed mode 3 take a bike to about 20 mph
Speed mode 4 takes a bike to about 25 mph
And speed mode 5 takes a bike to about 30 mph
The bike has a default speed mode of “0” which allows only peddling.

Be warned that each higher level speed mode makes the bike accelerate much faster than the previous speed mode. If you’re not careful the bike could get away from you. So use caution until you get comfortable with the procedures.

Another consideration is how you plan on using the bike. If you plan on placing the bike on the back of your automobile to take to a public bike trail for example, you’re going to have to lift it onto the rack and it weighs around 100 pounds. Unless you’re quite strong or have help, it’s going to be very difficult to accomplish that feat for most average people.

I myself just uses the bike to ride around my neighborhood. I never go far from the house. So this is a perfect bike for me.

The shock absorber for the rear wheel has to be connected by pushing down on the top of the rear tire and lifting up the back of the seat. It may require a good bit of pressure, but the bike will separate and raise up. This will give you the clearance you need to slide the shock absorber into the slot, so it can be secured with the screw and nut that comes with it.
