I bought a Eskute bike on amazon. It had a defective drive motor upon arrival that got progressively worse after time. I have been back and fourth with their technical support department for a week. It is motly me sending videos of the issue and them giving me menial tasks to fix the issue. It is clearly a bearing. I keep getting the run around. We spent 1400.00 got 40 miles of use. Horrible.

Part of being a good to great company is having a helpful and diligent customer service department. This company has that which is why they will succeed!

Very easy to assemble and handles excellent, will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

The response to technical queries have been very quick and helpful even though my bike was out of guarantee. In addition it was very generous to provide me with a replacement battery. I bought the Eskute D200. It was very well packaged. The assembly directions could be a bit clearer for novice ebike riders but I was able to complete the assembly myself. I watched a few videos on the bike and that helped.
My bike did have a couple of issues but customer service responded quickly and has corrected everything. They were wonderful to work with and I am very satisfied!
All in all, I am delighted with the bike. It is sturdy, the blue color is great, and it has more than enough get up and go for me!

This is my first E-bike and I’m super pleased with the quality and ease of assembly. My boyfriend and I were able to assemble it without too much difficulty. I haven’t been able to ride it yet because we’re in sub-freezing temps but am looking forward to it! And because I was so impressed with it, I bought another one for my boyfriend’s birthday!

The trike we bought through Temu came quickly and was easy to assemble. Great quality trike and my 10 and 8 year old are enjoying them but I can also ride them too. Good battery life, very satisfied. Much better assembly than the mooncool we bought for our smaller child.

Fun bike, fast shipping, easy to assemble. I bought two bikes for my grandsons for Christmas. Shipping was fast, no damaged parts, and so easy to assemble. The kids loved the bikes!

Potential Buyers in shopping for bikes.
When we decided to purchase 2- Folding E- Bikes we were hesitant to order them online!

Being on fixed income’s we had three (3) priorities; price, quality, and customer service.

It is always a gamble when you order online, but the three (3) things we were looking for seemed hopeful, so we placed the order!

We did some comparison’s online, and decided the price was attractive!

Reading all the specifications, and the information on the bikes they appeared to be of good quality!

Weren’t sure about customer service, because I made a phone call and didn’t get a return text till 2 o’clock in the morning we live in New Mexico!

I was connected to a representative named Jenny and I can only give her kudos for the manner in which she took care of a few problems and she didn’t hesitate to offer to returning our money if we weren’t completely happy!

We are satisfied; the three things we were concerned about all turned out positive.

We hope to enjoy our bikes for many years to come!

the purchase of a d200 ebike from eskute was extremely easy. the eskute company worked with me twice to insure we received the correct color wanted because eskute was getting low on some color choices. The bike is great handles very easily, and has nice acceleration. assembly was very easy. The headlight assembly could be improved in the manual by updating picture in manual to show whether in front of clip on front bumper or behind clip on front bumper. delivery only took 8 days which I thought was great since it was around the christmas shipping season

This company is not very fast with their responses for problems. After waiting a week to get your bike shipped to you, you expect to have all parts in the box so that it can be assembled properly and safely. Since this bike is for my son, he has been tracking and wanting this bike. It is inconvenient that it arrived without a washer that goes to the front axle which should be crucial for safely riding the bike as you would not want the nut to back off of the axle thread. I've contacted the company but no one has responded as of yet so that I could find the correct washer size and type material etc so that I can put this together for my son. Hopefully nothing else is bent or missing as I have not continued any further assembly steps. I would expect to get this part rushed back to me in the mail or at least have someone contact me and let me know the part specs so I could have an option to pick it up at a local auto or hardware store. I will be updating this review to reflect the way the company responds to this inconvenience.

BOUGHT ESKUTE D200 GREAT EBIKE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED GREAT PRODUCT NO ISSUES

Love the bike after it took time o put it together. The directions that came with it were useless. We had to research a video to get put together.

Everything went together good all parts shipped looks good.

Customer service was great and helpful. Purchased 2 v100 they are fun little bikes. I'm a big guy and I like to ride it my kids love it.

When assembling the trike, my partner overtightened the brake pad adjustment screw. I emailed the company and they are sending us a new brake assembly for free. Communication was great and the company was very responsive.

Received my new Eskute T300 trike shipment in perfect condition. Every part was in the box, with even some wonderful surprises. Watched the website unboxing and assembly which made putting it together so easy for even this 89-year-old in two hours' time. It is such a joy to ride. So smooth, well designed, solid quality, and the size makes it so easy to handle. Eskute has superb employees like Jenny, in Customer Service, by her help I decided to buy this brand. What a wonderful toy as it has every option I need for a fun ride! This is a Five Star trike!
