Anybody who can advise in the situation? I have probably lost £60k in this scam. I have learning difficulties and do not understand certain situations that is why I followed their advice and guidance through the process. Beside that, I'm a first time buyer. My head is now in bits with stress and I'm completely heartbroken by this. My mum passed away during this, so now I'm completely down. I can't sleep and I can't really eat at the moment, sickening how they can treat people like this 😢 😭

Customer service is excellent to start off with. Lots of contact and great level of attention with promises made.... Pay your reservation deposit and then you'll be swiftly asked for a payment for their 'preferred solicitor', Lockings maybe and their preferred broker, Dico, Rainstone maybe....
After this it will be deposit on the property and it will all go downhill from there because you would have signed off on T&Cs you don't understand as a layman.
Advice, if you don't believe the negative comments here or on the Solomon IP page is to get another independent solicitor to read over your property report and the other 50 or so pages of small print.
Do your research and do some more research before going round in legal stress when things start to go wrong.

Avoid these guys they are all cowboys they have lost many peoples hard earned cash.

Office addresses are the same etc. DON’T be fooled.

Further proof is the director names that are easily compared by a simple companies house search. You will see their replies to the negative reviews claiming they are not linked which is a blatant lie that you can see in black and white.

The Director for ES1 is the same as Solomon Investments. Please AVOiD this company at all costs. Check Company House for yourself. I have lost all my money after purchasing two flats. When I emailed Solomon Investment they didn't care one bit and didn't offer any solutions. I can't believe that they can get away with just rebranding themselves. If you try contacting Solomon Investment Partners all there phone lines are down. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.
