Never received my order and ghosted like a few others have reported on here. Tried emailing customer support and even sent them a receipt but to no one’s surprise, no response and no shirt. DONT buy from the website, and don’t be tricked by random Instagram ads.

I waited way too long for mx order and then print is messed up. Won´t order ever again.

Ordered on Black Friday. They never shipped. Emails about shipping delays in December. Then stopped responding. They shared my email with 300 people. They delete their bad reviews on line. Report their Instagram account. Report them online. I am disputing with my credit card. Scammers.

I ordered a 4 shirts on October 8th 2023. It's now January 10th 2024, still hasn't been shipped. I've emailed and used the chat feature on their website. I recieved an email saying they would ship it out by Christmas and yet it still has not been shipped. I've been given excuses about their paypal not working correctly and that I would be given a discount. That hasn't happened. At this point I just want my money back.

The first time I ordered I received a pretty nice t-Shirt after a very long time of waiting. Second time I never received my order. I wrote them multiple times via the website, instagram, e-Mail and every possible way, but they just ghosted me at some point. Won’t get my money back either.

I like the quality of the product the first shirt I bought is amazing and is good however the wait time is insane it’s been a month however I am getting my package today which is a definite plus from the first time I bought a shirt which took around 2 months

Terrible company order on the 1st of December was then told I would receive before Christmas and never received my item then was given a £20 gift card but with no information on when if if my order is being dispatched then I received and email stating that my order will be dispatched on the 3rd of January and guess what it was not dispatched then I find out from the shop app it has been dispatched but it hasn't been dispatched to me it's been sent to Germany, also every email I have sent since the 3rd of January has been ignored and also they has a major breach of data and privacy where others who have ordered and has been delayed they're reply would be sent to everyone this included others orders and information.

THIS COMPANY IS A BAD BAD PLACE DO NOT ORDER.

Maybe one of the worst buying experience

Had to wait 4 months to get my order and when it finally came, I had to pay 24€ in taxes because Elohim chose to make their products in Dubai.

The customer relationship is a big zero.

Will never buy again and don't make the mistake of buying from them.

Took over a month to finally send out the order. I finally receive the order with one item missing from what I bought. I have sent multiple messages to get the item sent to me or a refund. No one has message or sent anything back. Customer service has been of no help.

Requested to cancel 3 times because they never shipped each time was met with an automated response that said they apologize for the delay and are running into issues. Ordered this in November on Black Friday weekend and just got the tracking today.Poor customer service and don’t expect to cancel with this company.

Don't buy from this company. Ordered in November for a Xmas present. It was never sent. Constant excuses. Blamed over subscription, supplier fault. Even sent a £20 gift card. Like I'm going to use it.
They also sent my email address to another 300+ people. Don't waste your time, effort or money. Will be informing trading standard re there practices.

By far the worst brand experience Ive had in a long time, never received my items nor a shipping update, they refused to refund me, ignored my emails and still the worst customer service a company can offer, screw elohim saga they are not worth it it

So it’s been a year since i buy shirt here . The quality has decreased a lot, starting from prints to design. The first drops had good quality, a silk-screen print so an excellent print that lasts. And great designs. However, for the latest drops the design has decreased a lot compared to the first ones, because it is much simpler and you can see that there is much less work behind it and I find this a shame. And the printing has changed from screen printing to transer printing, a low quality industrial print, so the t-shirt won't last long and the design will get ruined much more easily. Furthermore, initially the package was sent to me from Germany to Switzerland, and it was of good quality and the waiting time was quite short. While now the last package that arrived precisely today arrived from Dubai, and therefore I pay for a decent quality, in terms of the t-shirt and in terms of design. While before as written above, good quality, good design and fairly short shipping time. I don't mind waiting longer for the clothes I ordered, but if I wait for what I would say is poor quality, it's not worth it at all. I'm really disappointed, I advise against buying at least the clothes. I will not buy from Elohim Saga again. Furthermore, the sad thing is that on their site they only show great reviews, while now that I'm doing a review I've seen that many are complaining. But obviously they don't show it for marketing reasons, it's disappointing.

Don't waste your time and money... even though the design are nice, the quality f product and service isn't there. Material feels cheap and not comfy. You can get the same quality cheaper on aliexpress. The products are actually from China.
It took 4 month for my order to arrive, customer service wouldn't answer my emails or kept saying it was delayed because of this and that. They said I'd get a free t-shirt to apologize for the delay, no bonus came with my order.
I'm just sad to have spent so much for this... I hope they realize the potential such designs can have and make changes because they will only lose customers at this point.

took 3 months to ship after messaging serval times. was promised free beanie and did not receive. I was really excited to finally get this just to open it and see how poor quality it is. literally looks like it’s from shein. not worth the price or time.

Ordered on 1 December never received the items, getting e-mials saying it will be dispatched shortly and will arrive before Christmas, it never arrived. After I left a comment on FB I got an e-mail with a £20 gift card, only thing they sent it to 310 people with everyones e-mail address showing, not happy about that. Got a refund via pay-pal will never use this site again.

update 1/1/24 no e-mail stating it has been sent, I doubt it will be, and it is no longer needed
