I placed an order with Elohim over a month ago, fully anticipating the 7-10 business days delivery time. While I'm generally patient and can wait for orders, the lack of communication from Elohim has been deeply concerning. Despite the order (#15429) being placed on January 3, 2024, for one Graphic Hoodie, it remains unfulfilled to this date.

I've reached out through 5 to 6 emails and even attempted to contact their Instagram account, only to be met with complete silence. The absence of any response or update on my order has left me feeling ignored and helpless. I'm starting to doubt if my package will ever arrive.

I wanted to give Elohim the benefit of the doubt, but this experience has been nothing short of exasperating. I urge others to think twice before ordering from them. It's unfortunate to say, but at this point, it feels like it might be a scam. If not, I implore Elohim to fulfill my order or at least communicate with me about the delay.

This situation is unacceptable, and I hope no one else has to go through this ordeal.

UPDATE : Now their website doesn't exist anymore. Real question : how do I get my money back ? Should I go to the police ? Please advise...

They recently changed their supplier and have destroyed their business! They gave 3 different reasons why the order wasn't shipped yet, its was over 2 months late, they leaked all theor customers emails in a thread which is a serious GDR issue, when called out in the issues they don't respond and delete comments on their social media. Business is based in Manchester but now the supplier is in Dubai so when my package arrived i had to pay customs fees on it when this was not specified by them. Absolutely shocking and disgusting treatment from this company. Been waiting over a month for my order - when you contact they give you a email that doesn’t even make sense and doesn’t tell you exactly where you even stand with your order! I’m out of pocket for my boyfriends birthday presents- I’ve been scammed and stupidly used my bank so I can’t get a refund. When you comment on their social media they just delete and end up ignorning your emails - absolutely dreadful would give zero stars. Absolute con artists.

If you’re considering buying from here, don’t. They just keep taking orders but never ship anything. You wait months and months with no replies to emails, comments on instagram deleted yet they can push out new drops. Worst customer service and a scam.

Last year I bought a T-Shirt from them, it took a month to be delivered but the product was good. For that, in December I decided to place an order with time to get a present for Christmas. Placed an order on 02/12/23 and this time never received it. Elohim Saga customer service wasn’t very helpful and unable to give me a real solution, glad PayPal helped me with the refund. Don't buy anything from them it seems like a scam.

I am waiting for a child's birthdays present to arrive from before Christmas. I haven't been offered a refund. This shop is trouble!

Prodotti belli,ma un po costosi,ma sicuramente il problema non è quello. Il mio ordine fatto a metà Novembre 2023 ,di cui ho pagato la consegna in 7/10 giorni lavorativi,ancora non è arrivata e più li contatti e meno ti rispondono,fatevi un favore non acquistate da loro neanche se il conto ve lo pagasse un altro.

Ancora il mio ordine non è arrivato e adesso non riesco ad avere risposta per aver un rimborso,stiamo parlando di 170 euro di ordine. Non voglio aggiungere altro

Oggi 25 gennaio 2024, è (finalmente) arrivato il mio ordine datato 8 ottobre 2023.
Metto due stelle solo perché il prodotto è di qualità, ma il servizio di consegna e clienti è stato da 0,5 stelle. Inoltre in più email mi erano stati promessi prodotti in regalo e una gift card da 20£, ma niente di niente è arrivato. Non so che dire, 3 mesi e mezzo per una maglietta di qualità vi sembra normale? Se sì, ordinate, altrimenti evitate

Non sono solita recensire, ma questa volta è stato superato il limite. Così come affermato anche nelle numerose email inviatevi, sono qui a ribadire che il vostro, non si può definire affatto un sito veritiero anzi lo oserei definire una vera e propria falsità! Partendo dal fatto che a seguito del mio ordine, in data 30 Novembre, non sono riuscita dopo 2 mesi nè a ricevere l'ordine effettuato nè tantomeno ad avere aggiornamenti in merito ad esso. Le poche email di risposta a tutte le mie sollecitazioni, sono solo delle email preimpostate e quindi uguali per tutti... il che fa capire ancora di più quanto menefreghismo ci sia nei confronti del cliente e negli sforzi fatti per mettere qualcosa da parte e per poter acquistare degli articoli... ahimè "FANTASMI"!!! . Comprendo che possano esserci state delle difficoltà da parte vostra, ma un cliente che sceglie voi (contando di ricevere il proprio ordine dopo una settimana ,così come descritto in fase di acquisto) e che non vede alcun ordine spedito...si ritrova costretto a spendere altri risparmi per fare un regalo che a quest'ora sarebbe già dovuto essere utilizzato dal destinatario...nessuna comprensione per noi... e zero parole per voi!

Been waiting on an order from October, multiple emails to them with barely any response. When I do get a response, I am promised the t-shirts will be sent out within the week and have yet to see ANY progress.

Spent £100 in 1 order and not got anything for it, for anyone else wondering you can get your money back through paypal.

What a shame, loved their t-shirts and feel absolutely robbed.

Ordered an item way back in October, have contacted them multiple times over it and it still hasn’t been resolved. Told me it would be shipped within the week but it hasn’t, and when people ask them to look at their dm’s in Instagram because of order issues (and emailing the support does nothing) they delete the comments

This company is tragic. Elohim Saga is run by a little thief in Manchester. He takes your money, won't respond to you and won't send you nothing. Anyone who thinks about ordering from Elohim I strongly suggest not to and keep your money. I've been waiting since December for my order.

Ho provato a scrivere su Facebook tramite chat, facendo notare le varie segnalazioni negative riguardo la loro attività, sperando che mi dessero spiegazioni.
Le uniche risposte ricevute sono state molto sarcastiche e strafottenti nei miei confronti, vorrei allegare le immagini perché sinceramente mai vista una cosa così

Absolutely awful company, avoid at all costs. Still haven’t received anything after 2 months of waiting and multiple false promises. They’ll give you every excuse they can as to why you haven’t received anything whilst also spamming you with sales emails. They also managed to email over 300 customers in a single email which is a massive breach of GDPR.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered 2 tee shirts for a Christmas present. Paid thankfully by credit card. Same rubbish email others had about issues with PayPal, which doesn't make sense. Anyway I have no goods, no shipping date and I've taken it to my credit card company as a dispute. They clearly take money for goods they don't have. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible experience. Got item shipped after 3 months! No communication from the company at all. Will not buy again

My mum ordered a product from this site on the 15th of December in time for Christmas but it has failed to arrive after being assured that it would be, company are now not responding to emails and any negative reviews on their site are deleted instantly, most definitely a scam.

I have not received my item which was a Christmas present ordered in November.
