DO NOT BUY from this company, they do not deliver the goods, emails saying supplier issues. Luckily, I purchased through a buying firm and they stopped payments and issued a refund.

I ordered my item two months in advance for Christmas and it still has not arrived in time. I emailed to get an update and was told it would be shipped the end of that week and when I sent a follow up email they replied with the same thing but for the week after. Obviously an automated response. The tracking on shop is just for show and does not give you any information on where your package is. Very disappointed, do not order from here!

If I could put zero stars I would my order never arrived and wasn’t even dispatched and they just take your money and no way of getting it back! I wish I had seen reviews before purchasing so I wouldn’t have wasted my time with this fake company!

I’ve been waiting for my order for months. They only responded to one of my multiple emails asking about my order. They responded to me after 2 months and said supply issues but 1 month later still have received my hoodie. It’s now been 3 months and I’ve emailed them 2 times since with no response. It makes me sick to my stomach. Do. Not. Order. From. This. Company.

Customer service is horrific - no matter how many emails, DMs - you only get one rubbish automated email.

I received a notification that my order had been shipped… 2 months after ordering my jumpers (that supposedly is a 7-10 working day delivery)

Provided no tracking information or anything to go with it. Just embarrassing

Your customee service was lackluster as there was constant darkness with any responses and any responses were just “wait a week.” You guys are too scared of me outing you all and constantly deleted my comments so that u don’t deter you away from what’s actually going on

the communication was horrible
tremendous store and I love their clothes and I would like to continue buying and supporting them but if they are not going to cooperate with one then I will not buy there anymore. I know they had a problem with the store that they had to change and the packages were delayed, I understand it and I didn't get upset. But I ordered my order on September 11, I sent them emails and messages on Instagram and they did not want to answer me or tell me where my order was because I then wanted a refund to then buy the shirt again or for them to change my address then because I was going to move to another country and it wouldn't arrived on time. Now because of them not answering my messages, the package will arrive at my old home and the order will be lost. All due to bad communication.
I just simply wanted a refund or a changed of address .
What can they do to improve? Communication and simply answering messages to your clients.

Ordered two shirts back in August. It is now almost December and I still have not received them. Sent customer support multiple emails only to get one automated response. Tried leaving negative comments on their Instagram only for them all to be deleted. For anyone else trying to reach someone, the trick is to dm them on instagram then comment “check dm” on their latest post. They won’t open your dm unless you comment check dm afterward. I guess they like to keep the illusion of good customer service for people who haven’t bought from them yet. Once a week I do this and I’m met with “just give us one more week and we’ll have it shipped out, I promise.” So yeah I’ve had that interaction 4 times now. I seriously doubt I’ll ever get my shirts or my $80 back, but I’ll keep messaging them every week in the hopes that one day I might. If you haven’t bought from them yet, don’t.

This store is a scam. I made an order almost a month ago and they've ghosted me. No replies to direct emails, DMs, even their store chat. I've looked up reviews now that all share the same story - SCAM.

Had 2 seperate orders around the end of August and still have not received either one of them. Customer service is extremely poor with my emails being ignored or being responded to with canned messages that give absolutely no updates.

They have a community discord but the advice I've been given their amounts to essentially just wait and see if the packages turn up. It was claimed they had manufacturing issues at one stage but I was told well over a month ago they had been resolved but apparently new orders are being prioritized with the new manufacturers instead of fixing the backlog

Order 3 months ago, never received anything.
Tried to contact them they ghosted me.
They don t answer emails they don t answer dms. They just take your money and ignore you.
Tried to write bad comments on their instagram profile on every post. Then they answered once saying i ll be receiving and update but i received nothing. So yeah WATCH OUT and don t buy anything from them.

I ordered over almost 3 months ago and never received any updates, despite contacting customer support twice. I did not even get an automated response like other reviewers here, I was just ignored.

So far I am still waiting - but I am having doubts that my order will ever arrive. I would give the company a better rating, since they said they have troubles with the warehouse (which probably isn't their fault) - but I was never informed. If they were honest from the beginning and informed their customers well, this would not be that big of an issue. Instead they choose to lie and ignore all negative comments.

I ordered a shirt at the beggining of October for a friends bday for the end of October. They said 7-10 days order time on the website. After 3 weeks of no update I messaged them. They said they were having “manufacturing issues” and would reach back out by the Thursday of that week with updates. They have no evidence of this posted to their socials or websites but are still pretending to sell as normal. Hella sus. They never did send any updates and I’ve emailed them 3 times, dm’d on Instagram. They are purposefully not responding to my requests for a refund. They are still actively posting new item updates and will delete comments on Instagram that call them
Out for scamming. Buyer beware!!!

Spent £192 on multpile shirts for their premium 7-10day delivery. They didn't send them and didn't notify me. When I got in contact 2 weeks later they stated they were having supply chain issues. Had no problem with waiting. Another week passed and still stating it was supply chain issues preventing them sending stock. Yet they had no problem emailing me about purchasing more items from their site.
Over a month had passed so I requested a refund. That's when all communication stopped. They stopped responding to the numerous emails I sent them. Stopped responding on their Instagram DMs (yet were posting stories and new content). Had to go through my bank to get a refund.
Would not recommend this site to anyone. Wish I had checked reviews first as ny story doesn't appear to be unique. Loads of poor reviews

I placed 2 separate orders 2 weeks apart in September, I received my second order a week ago and the shirt is great quality but smaller than I expected. If you like loose fitting shirts then order a size up. Still waiting on my first order to ship. If I had received both orders by now I would have gave a higher rating. As of now no idea when I'll receive my first order, and cannot get an answer.
