Honestly the only thing about the suit I received after almost a month of waiting was the colour very disappointed would not order from this site agai.

Beautifully made, pants legs were a little long. But nonetheless stunning.

I bought this beautiful 2-piece set in a light pink color (crop top and long skirt) about a month ago. It is stunning! I was expecting it to arrive within the next 3 weeks, but it took longer like a month. However, Angelica was very helpful in ensuring fast shipping. The website offers a wide variety of beautiful clothing. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I recently purchased the white pencil dress which I also have in black. Love it so much. Such a flattering cut. The customer service is so prompt and friendly. They monitored my purchase the whole way for me as they knew I wanted it asap. Thanks Elagia. You are the best.

My experience was great as I ordered the wrong size. They allowed me to return what I ordered and they sent me the correct size. All of this was done so professionally and the communication was great.

I will say the sizes definitely run small and after my first order I quickly realized I must be a large in this company’s clothes. However, when I did order the right size, the company sent me the product in the wrong size and helped me square it away right in time for the event I needed it for. I worked with Angelica and she really pulled through for me. Not only did they fix their mistake & send a prepaid return label, they sent a new jumpsuit in the right size as soon as they tracked the return package to the warehouse. Gave me the tracking number & store credit for the other dress I returned. I was completely transparent with Angelica about needing this jumpsuit for my event and she did everything on her end to make sure I wasn’t disappointed. Thank you! I will certainly be ordering more products with Elagia.

I've ordered a few dresses from Elagia and have had a great experience. The dresses themselves are super elegant and chic. I did have to make exchanges due to sizing being different than what I normally wear, and the customer service was excellent in helping me with the exchange! The only request I would make is to make shipping for returns/exchanges free because if a different size is needed, the fees can add up for returns.

I have made at least 6 purchases from Elagia even having to return one for a different size and had no issues whatsoever! My most recent purchase, a black sleeveless romper is absolutely beautiful. My daughter wore it for her homecoming dance and everyone loved it. The customer service representative was extremely helpful in communicating with me when my items were shipped and out out for delivery. I’m very big on customer service and Elagia had truly exceeded my goals and expectations. I have a coat on the way and looking forward to more purchases soon. I ordered before reading reviews, then I went into meltdown because I read the reviews, all were negative and I had just paid £150 for a suit.
I contacted the company but received no reply which made me more concerned. Finally after 5 days I received a reply, they couldn’t apologise enough, explained it’s there busy season. They confirmed my order was processed and I will receive tracking details soon. Within 48 hours I received these details and the next day I received my suit.
Now to the quality….. this exceeded my expectations!! It was exactly as shown in the pictures. I fell in love. The suit is to wear to my daughter’s wedding and I have the honour of giving her away. I have had to have alterations because I am only 5ft 1 and the trousers are long, and the length of the arms. When I went to the tailors they commented how lovely the suit is and lovely quality. This made me very happy.
So all in all I am very happy with my purchase. Don’t listen to the negative reviews, I would suggest they are off competitors trying to sabotage this company.
My daughter’s wedding is 12th August 2023 so after that I will follow up my review with pictures of me in this suit.

Worst company! Do not order from them everything runs small and they won’t refund your money or even reply to you. Such a scam

Do not purchase! The price does not meet quality!! Horrible customer service, takes days for a reasons. Complained 8 days after receiving the item as I purchased it in advance for an event and they have bene very unhelpful due to it being 8 days after it was delivered. Unbelievable.

I echo all the poor reviews. The clothing is of low quality. It looks nothing like advertised. They refuse to refund your purchase under any circumstances. I reported them to PayPal. Had I paid by credit card, I would have disputed the payment. They are disreputable.

Item took over a month to arrive, shipped from Kiev>poland>germany> than to US. Terrible quality and ran small.
Customer service was the worst, threatened me with defamation through there stand by lawyer because I had given bad reviews on Instagram! i told them to take it up with the federal trade commission there was nothing fake about what I tell the public. All which were immediately removed by them of course. This company should be shut down.

Honestly they’re the most horrific company. My order just didn’t arrive (despite paying an obscene amount for speedy delivery). Luckily I ordered on my Amex and they could revoke the charge…then guess what - then ELAGIA finally replied to me!!! Asking me to cancel my payment recall. Absolute scam. Will never ever buy from them again. Surprised they haven’t been shut down!

****DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered clothing from them in early March (paid for expedited shipping, too!) and when I realized it would not arrive in time, I asked them to cancel the order. They said they couldn't because it was in transit from their warehouse in Ukraine. Their website still said the order was "being processed" and they charged my credit card almost $100 for a pair of awful pants. I finally received the item on April 12th and got tracking information from them on April 15th - YES, three days after I received the item. I returned the item and now they will not issue a refund or a merchandise credit. They won't return my emails, no one answers their customer service number and it's too late to file a charge dispute with my credit card company. If you do business with this company, be prepared to get screwed.
