Wrong size, bad quality, bad experience with this brand

Awful company and customer service. Took 2 weeks to ship my outfit. It didn't arrive in time for my event. Tried to return, they wouldn't let me. To make it worse, when I tried the suit on it was see through! (white)
Don't waste your money!!!!

Time delivery - very long 1 month while I paid for fast shipping.

You are stealing, I sent a dress for a return and you are putting excuses saying the dress has stains when that’s how it arrived.

Please give me either the dress or my money back

I ordered a gorgeous dress. It came with a small stain in the front and was a bit small. I requested an exchange right away, the same day I received the package with the pictures of the stain, but they denied it saying the dress is stained. They made it seemed like the dress is stained by me even tho I proved that the dress was delivered few hours before the request and I didn’t have time to wear it anywhere to stain it. They still denied, provided horrible customer service, kept repeating the same thing over and over. They refused to returned my money. I would not recommend them to anyone, they scam you.

Terrible customer service. Also not forward with how long it takes to get product. I had a very expensive business photoshoot that had to be rescheduled due to issues with delivery. On their main page it says 2-8days delivery. What they don’t tell you is processing takes a month. They later sent me their policy page stating this. All fine print that I would’ve had to search for to get this information. If I had known this I would’ve never ordered anything. Complete disappointment.

So here I am leaving this unfortunate review , first the shipping process took forever over a week to be exact another week to be delivered, thankfully it got here in time but let's talk about the quality, please save your money , I purchase this outfit thinking it was a great quality because it was priced st $399 and discounted to $150 , I love theory the brand and I assumed it was gonna be similar quality considering the price . I am so disappointed and honestly most likely I'm sending it back this is a 30 dlls Chinese manufactured suit so ugly you can see the seam on the pants so think discolored and the etiquette are cheap everything about the suit is cheap . Please save yourself the time disappointment and money plus their customers service is terrible !!!!

Beautifully designed and tailored. I am thrilled with the suit which is for formal business attire event. Not to mention the hard to find complementary color, quality material, and of course it was lined.

Customer Service continue to answer my concerns when they had a delay. The UPS tracker kept me connected the whole way too. The short wait was worth it. I could not find another feminine suit like it. Thank you Elagia!!!

I ordered a white pant suit round about 8/5, on 8/15 I received a text stating my package cleared customs. About a week later, through tracking, I found out that my order was returned. I wanted the outfit for a white gala on 8/24. So on 8/24 I contacted the company ( I have no complaints with the rep that kept me informed once I decided to have the outfit sent to me anyway) They re-sent the suit, I received it on 9/25, it was off white. I have not tried it on yet.

This is the worst company I have ever purchased from. They are big thieves, don’t waste your money buying from them.

Cannot speak for others’ experiences, but I personally had a great experience with Elagia. My suit took a while to ship, but when I sent an email to check in they responded very promptly and apologetically and kept me posted throughout the process. My suit arrived yesterday and I love it! Exactly what I was looking for. The customer service rep was very kind and grateful to me. Luckily my suit fits perfectly, so I can’t speak for the return policy, but just based on my own experience I would definitely recommend shopping here and would shop here again (just very far in advance due to long shipping times!).

I bought a dress and it didn't fit, I returned it in perfect condition and they wouldn't give me my money back, they gave me a store credit. There was nothing else that I liked and I bought a blouse for not losing the money and I still had money left to use, I tried to buy again and they told me that the coupon has already been used. LITERALLY THEY ARE THIEVES

This company is a scam terrible customer service who denieds to refund your money even after trying multiple times to order different dresses because they don't fit you but since you can't get your money back you have to figure out what to do with a product you don't love. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND THE HEADACHE.
