Just got my jumpsuit from ELAGIA, and I’m seriously in love! The fit is absolutely spot-on, and the material feels so soft and high-quality. Shipping was super quick, and it arrived perfectly packaged too. I’ve already worn it a couple of times, and it’s insanely comfy—honestly, it might be my new favorite! Can’t wait to order more soon.

Terrible company!! Sent the wrong size/color, when I notified them, they only sent emails promising someone would get back, yet months later they've done nothing. Had bank reverse charges. Would NEVER order from them again and throwing out these cheaply made leggings.

This company says they deliver in 8 business days, but it’s a lie. I ordered a wedding dress and never received it in time. Don’t use them unless you have months to wait for your dress.

Awful company with shady practices

I ordered a 2 piece suit from Elagia in September 2024 and received it just over 3 weeks later. Not only was the suit cheaply made and severely overpriced for the quality received, the proportions for the arms and legs were simply ridiculous for any average-sized / size M woman. I exchanged it (they only offer exchanges within their store, no refunds) for 2 pieces that arrived just over a month later. Both pieces, again were too cheaply made for their price point and the proportions of the dress were absurd; the bodice fit me well but the top was made for that of a small child. Overall, do not buy from this place and avoid at all costs.

The sizing for everything was good except for the vest I ordered. Everything was really high quality.

Absolutely love my pants their size chart suggested a size bigger but I went with my normal size and they fit perfect.

I ordered a dress that according to the delivery details was supposed to arrive on December 23rd, I paid extra for urgent delivery because I needed it for December 29th. Despite that, the dress arrived on December 30th. I contacted them to return the dress (I didn't even open it) but they don't want to refund the money, they just do a credit. Hey, you sent it late, the dress didn't arrive on time, give me my money back and I'll return the shipment.
Very bad customer service and very irresponsible and unprofessional contact person.

I give this review a five star . When my package arrived, it looked just like it did on the website. The material was beautiful. There were no wrinkles in the outfit.. I gave my exact measurements and when the outfit arrived, it fit perfectly. It took a little longer for the package to arrive, but boy was it worth it.

Avoid Elagia – Terrible Customer Service and Misleading Policies

I want to share my horrible experience with Elagia so others don’t go through the same. Their services are completely unreliable, and their handling of my order has been unacceptable.
1. Shipping Issues: I paid for express delivery (6–10 business days), but my parcel arrived weeks late. On top of that, I was hit with significant import taxes that they never disclosed.
2. Misleading Returns Policy: They advertise a “simple 20-day return process,” but in reality, it’s the opposite. I was forced to arrange and pay for a return carrier myself, which goes against their claims. When the carrier refused the parcel due to tax complications (caused by Elagia’s setup), they left me unsupported and refused to pay any extra charges.
3. Unresponsive Customer Service: They take days to reply, ignore requests for escalation to a manager, and provide no resolutions. When I requested a refund for the shipping costs I paid, they ignored my request entirely.
4. Failure to Honor Commitments: Elagia breached their own terms and conditions by failing to deliver within the promised timeframe and refusing to take responsibility for the issues caused by their operational setup.

I’ve wasted so much time, money, and energy dealing with them. Their disregard for customers’ rights is shocking, and I will be posting about my experience regularly to make sure fewer people fall for their false promises.

Please think twice before buying from Elagia – their services are not what they advertise, and their customer support is nonexistent.
