I'm not one that normally leaves reviews unless it is well-deserved, whether that is positive or negative. I needed a dress for an event. I had never heard of Elagia and honestly I do not remember how I came across it other than just down the rabbit hole of google searches. I read some reviews and after a stressful long search for a dress, I found the perfect one and decided to try. I was later emailed from customer service to let me know that the original size ordered was not in stock (custom made) but the next size up was in stock and asked if I wanted to try that one. I was on a time crunch and for some reason, I'm notorious for ordering a wrong size, so I agreed to the size up. It was shipped immediately and I received two days prior to the original ETA. The dress worked perfectly and is so beautiful in person. I could not be happier with the dress and customer service so I will definitely be ordering from Elagia again.

Just a word of advice prior to purchasing Anything from this 'company', do your research. I unfortunately lacked to do the following. I waited for a bit under a month to receive two suits that I was hoping to get here in time for an event but missed by 2.5 weeks. On top of that The length of the pants overall were 48" long and the inseam 39". On average, you would have to be 6'-3" + to pull that off and I am 5'-3". I did put in all of my measurements as well. Not only that but the suits were so poorly made due to the location in which they have the clothing made and not inspected by the 'company' prior to shipping them the one who has purchased the clothing. I tried on one suit and due to the additional static electricity from the synthetic textiles used, there were two to three dog hairs that apparently attached to the bottom of the '2 foot too long' pants. I report and send back immediately and have photos and all including a video. They said it was damaged and needed professional cleaning and they have even gone far enough to send me pictures of the 'damage' that was done that consisted of a close up skewed image of a dog hair. They will not reimburse me for anything and in fact wanted to send me a bill for the amount they were going to charge in sending back these clown suits. This has been an ongoing issue since December 27th 2023 - 3 months and still going. Today 3/26/25 I received the suits back at my door in a disheveled beatdown bag which I will also be sharing elsewhere. I happened to take a look at the tags within the suits and there is no ' RN' - against FTC regulations, amongst many other questionable items such as washing instructions which are also against FTC regulations and the reason I am pointing out the following is to prove what kind of embarrassing company they are running and fraudulent company that needs to be put on the line for pretty much 'robbing you' out of your money. Until I get my money back, I will not stop because this is ridiculous and feel bad to all that were also screwed out of there money. Thank you to the manager who apparently is unable to speak on the phone and also a special thank you to the wasted time and headache to get my hard earned money back from this 'company'
I will keep posting updates on where I currently am in filing against this company until they do the right thing and reimburse me for this and appreciate the wasted time. Keep in mind this has been going on since the 27th of December and it is March 26 2025.
I am very persistent and they are not abiding by the laws of the FTC, the QC - Quality Control in clothing, compliance gate and much more. I will be awaiting a full refund

The pants are incredibly comfortable to wear. They feel soft against the skin and offer a relaxed fit that makes them perfect for both lounging around the house and running errands. The material is breathable, adding to the overall comfort. Highly recommend for anyone seeking both style and ease.

I'm pretty disappointed with this online shop. I ordered a mint suit for my birthday originally priced at $400 but purchased for $200 and even paid for expedited shipping. I placed my order on the 5th and now it's the 12th but it still hasn’t shipped out yet. I reached out twice…first because I hadn’t received a shipping confirmation and then again to follow up on the delay…both times receiving the same response. Their shipping policy states 5-8 days for U.S. delivery. It’s a BIG FAT FALSE.

I recently placed an order with Elagia and the item arrived within one day of purchase, with no plastic bag,
normally this company sends goods from Europe, this one arrived from Hallendale, FL.
It is very clear that someone else had returned the item and they shipped it to me.
When I emailed them the next morning and asked to return the item, they said okay to return and once they received it, they notified me that they are unable to issue a store credit.
They are currently in possession of the original product and are not issuing store credit.
What company is allowed to do this?
