Man, I wished I checked the reviews before I bought from these people. I ordered two dresses two weeks ago. I’ve yet to received any shipping confirmation. I sent 4 different emails asking about shipping status and I haven’t heard back from them. Had I checked the reviews I would I’ve seen the red flags. What kind of company only responded to only the good reviews and not the bad ones? That only means that you know you messed up and don’t care about how your customers feel. That’s bad business. I hope I receive the dresses and in good condition. If I don’t, I will dispute the charges with my bank and get my money back. Ugh!

Terrible products. Cheap material, very poor workmanship. You also cannot receive a refund and must receive a store credit. Ordered again using the credit and received another bad product now I have to return it again because it wasn’t as pictured.

I sent my item in for a return and they never refunded me or gave me extra credit. The item was delivered to me with the tags off so when I sent it in, they said it was unavailable for return because the tags were off. Such a scam

My item came in damaged and they refused to refund or exchange. Material is definitely not worth the money, worse than shein.

I never ended up receiving the dress I ordered or even the credit back for the return. They practically stole my money :/

PLEASE DONT ORDER IN THIS COMPANY, ITS A SCAM! SAVE YOUR MONEY, MATERIAL IS REALLY BAD!

Sizes run small and material isn’t the greatest quality

I oder 4 dresses from Elagia, haven’t get any yet . They keep saying it been delay due to high volume.,Been contact them and have the same answer. My bday it’s this coming week but no dress , I start to worry about this company…. Will report to BBB if I still not receive my dresses on 2 weeks. My order was on March 3rd , as today April 2nd and so sigh of delivery..sadly I won’t recommend for anyone about Elagia !!

This was such a great experience. First the dress I got is stunning! Fits as advertised and even more beautiful on. I had a bit of an issue thinking I didn’t receive a piece of the dress. I had a great conversation with a representative and they ended up opening an investigation. Ultimately, I’m the one who dropped the “missing” piece of the dress and apologized. She was very understanding and we laughed about. I will absolutely be purchasing again!

i sent back a dress around 6 weeks ago to be exchanged for a different size. they keep on saying that the exchange is being processed and im still waiting for it.

I got my suit in time for my event, but there was almost zero communication from the company until I reached out myself. Despite submitting my measurements, I got a jacket that was almost too tight, but in the end did work. On my third try-on, I discovered that the stitching for the hook and eye was awful, and the hook snapped off altogether. I ended up having to reinforce it myself.

While the jacket was tight, it DID fit. I cannot say the same for the pants. The pants were FOUR sizes too small, barely able to fit around my thigh, despite the fact that the tag denoted it to be a large. How do I know it was four sizes smaller than it should have been? Because I have a friend that's a size two and it fit her perfectly. I'm not a particularly big person, and usually fit into a medium, but ordered a size up just in case.

I wanted so desperately to love this suit, especially considering that I paid nearly $200 for it. But in the end I was heavily disappointed. I couldn't even exchange it because it was too close to my event to get back to me in time. I will likely not be ordering from ELAGIA again.

I ordered two suits and a nice gown from Elagia. The quality is very good, and I am happy they had my size. I would say sizes run a tiny bit smaller than in the US (in line with european). Delivery took a few days the first time and about two weeks the other two times. I am really happy with the fit and quality and would buy from them again.

Not even worthy of getting a one star. I purchased an order over a month ago. Noticed two tracking numbers were issued. Then one is canceled. I didn’t understand why this happened so I reached out to an online chat with Elagia. My order cost was well over 300.00. Last chat, my order to be received tmrw, but looking on tracking, the shipment is coming out of Ukraine?!?!? Why are you selling items that you know cannot be received, Elagia??? I think this is a scam company and I want my refund back. Next step is getting my credit card company involved. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! If my shipment isn’t here tmrw, Im requesting a full refund.

Cheap company. I ordered a dress for a wedding, when it arrived, the left strap was broken. I received dress Feb. 5th but was out of town and opened 10th, just today had time to let them know and initiate return/refund. They will not give refund or let me return it stating I must have worn the dress and broken myself. I have not worn it at all, and have provided ample evidence of this, pictures, videos, etc. The dress itself looks cheaply made and clearly is given the strap is broken. I do not recommend their dresses or customer service.

They ask for a TIP when you check out!? And CHARGE you a fee to be able to return or refund items. Uh NO!

I absolutely love this suit it was the perfect birthday outfit! I was a little worried it wouldn’t fit given I didn’t know how to take my measurements but I’m 5’6 165 I’m usually a medium but I went with a large and it fit like a glove.

Love it ! best quality , great customer service , Angelica very helpful, I recommend 100%
