Fast reliable service

Great service. Quick delivery. Answered to my emails with a problem due to my print head.
Definitely recommend

Ordered mid afternoon and it arrived the next day. Bought an edible ink printer for my partners little cake business. The printer is great and the image quality is excellent

Fantastic follow-up, where they checked that my order for cartridges was correct for my printer. My Pixma IX6850 that we can buy in Norway is identical to the IX6840 from EU/UK, but it turned out that they use different "chips" and therefore different cartridges. Got the replacement before shipping, so now the correct ones are on their way :) Many thanks for the very good service!

Great quality. Shipped very quickly. Well packaged.

I've only recently got into the edible printer scene. I bought the printer for another project, but found it is one supported by EPS. I emailed them a few questions about swapping inks, etc. They said I should give it ago with the edible inks and see what the results were! It worked! I've now placed a couple of orders with them for extra sheets and tools, the service has been outstanding, all the staff I have dealt with have been brilliant!

Absolutely amazing service, great quality and quick turnaround. Highly recommend

My go to supplier!

Brilliant again, fast delivery on my 3rd set of wafer paper won't go anywhere else for it. Thanks again!

Brilliant products, really good team. Nothing is too much for them, their customer service is really good.

Great customer service.
Had all my questions answered.
Delivery to Latvia was within a week as stated.

We have ordered our printer and all our print supplies from EPS & the service is brilliant. It's always incredibly quick & very high quality. I recently ordered some refillable ink cartridges & was having trouble with my printer not recognising one so emailed them & they solved my problem. I'm so pleased! Thanks Anna

I am making my daughters wedding cake in June and approached Edible Print Supplies for advice. Wow totally blown away by a lovely lady called Anna who has provide me with some fabulous advice and samples and in my opinion went above and beyond to help. Thank you for your help and my order will be coming over once I have tried the samples out.

Always amazing service top quality too and super fast delivery

Excellent service every time.
We’ve been using Edible Print Supplies as our sole supplier of icing sheets and edible for inks for many years and cannot recommend them highly enough.
All of the products which they stock are of the highest quality and the service provided is second to none.
A wonderful family run company that are a pleasure to do business with.

Don't hesitate to order from EPS - their customer service is fantastic and the printing quality that can be achieved using their products (particularly their edible fabric sheets and satin smooth icing sheets) is unrivalled.

They are also quite possibly the only UK stockist of edible fabric sheets which are an absolute godsend and manage to make an appearance in pretty much everything that I make as a hyper-realistic/novelty cake artist.

I also purchased my edible printer through EPS and probably wouldn't have had the confidence to move into the world of edible printing without the start up kits that EPS provide.
