Not before 10am
Sadly I can only give 3 stars which really reflects the failure of the Companies courier to deliver the next day before 10am. I desperately needed my items before 10am for a large corporate job. The parcel arrived at 1.30pm. Admittedly I got my £16 carrier fee reimbursed quickly but the company needs to reconsider whether it's courier, FedEx, can deliver before 10am.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that your delivery did not arrive before 10am as expected, particularly given the time-sensitive nature of your order.
We always dispatch orders promptly and use reputable courier services for timed deliveries. However, once parcels leave us the final delivery stage is handled by the courier, so delays can occasionally occur that are outside of our direct control. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been.
As soon as the issue was raised, we refunded the delivery fee as the service level paid for was not met. While timed services are usually very reliable, we do take feedback like this seriously and will continue to review and raise issues with our courier partners to ensure we provide the best delivery options possible.
We truly appreciate your order and your feedback, and we hope to provide you with a smoother delivery experience in the future.

A very happy customer
I ordered some A4 icing sheets to see if the quality was better than my regular supplier. The quality is so much nicer for what I intend to use them for. I did have trouble printing with them as they were thicker than the ones I used to buy. EPS, replied promptly to my email and helped me to set up my printer to get the best out of the icing sheets. All resolved now and I will definitely be ordering from them from now on. Thank you EPS!
