I’ve never had such a hateful…
I’ve never had such a hateful experience from a company in my life. Ordered the printer it came broke- plug was totally bent and the set up guid was shocking- between a good few of us we couldn’t get it to connect to our Internet no matter what we tried. I messaged to return it or get a replacement and I’ll grant they messaged pack the next day however when I mentioned wanting to keep the printer instead of the return I got a a nasty responds instead I’ll copy and paste below the most insulting bit.
Due to the issues you had with our setup guide, we would recommend you purchase your printer from elsewhere.
As you can see they insulting my intelligence and told me to buy elsewhere. I can honestly say the customer service from this company was disgusting and I can promise I wouldn’t spend a damn penny at it again. I highly recommend you all buy from elsewhere and not waste you money on broken plugs

We're very sorry to read your review, particularly as providing excellent customer service is something we take great pride in as a small, family-run business, and something consistently reflected in our overwhelmingly positive customer reviews.
We would, however, like to clarify a few points.
All our edible printers include Canon's official setup guide, which provides step-by-step installation and connection instructions, including links to online resources and video tutorials. Our own EPS guide also directs customers to these resources and encourages them to contact us for assistance with any difficulties. Unfortunately, we weren't given the opportunity to provide troubleshooting support before you requested a return and refund. However, we appreciate your feedback regarding the instructions and will take your comments on board when reviewing our setup guides to ensure they are as clear and helpful as possible.
Regarding the damaged plug, this could have been resolved with a replacement plug rather than replacing the entire printer.
Our usual process involves troubleshooting and testing to establish whether a printer is faulty. However, in this instance, we arranged collection at our expense and honoured your request for a full refund without requiring these steps.
When you subsequently requested a replacement, we explained that, without identifying the original issue, we couldn't be confident that another printer would resolve the connection difficulties, particularly as the setup process would remain the same.
We're sorry that our final email came across as dismissive or insulting, as this was never our intention, and we sincerely apologise for any offence caused.
However, we do feel that your description of our customer service doesn't fully reflect the assistance provided. We responded promptly, accommodated your collection availability and arranged a full refund as requested.
As a small, family-run business, we're incredibly proud of our reputation for friendly, helpful service, something regularly highlighted in our customer reviews. While we regret that your experience wasn't positive, we believe we acted promptly and fairly to resolve your concerns and are disappointed that these efforts haven't been reflected in your review.

Our free next-day delivery service is scheduled for delivery between 8am and 6pm, and we’re pleased your order arrived within this promised timeframe. Any more specific delivery windows sent on the day are generated and provided directly by the individual courier and are intended as helpful estimates, so unfortunately these can sometimes change as their delivery route progresses.
We completely understand that it can be frustrating when a delivery arrives later than the initial estimate, and we’ll certainly pass your feedback on to UPS.
If you need a specific earlier deliver slot in future, we do have before 10am and before 12pm options available at checkout if you wish to upgrade from our standard free next day delivery.

I had a Cannon TS5600 printer and…
I had a Cannon TS5600 printer and refilled the cartridges and the printer would not recognise the Cyan cartridge. Tried everything and then rang them, Nolan was incredibly helpful but sadly the printer was not salvageable. I purchased a new printer from them and once again Nolan helped me with my teething issues. A really good company with excellent customer support would definitely recommend them to anyone using edible ink

Nolan was extremely helpful & gave lots of advice
i emailed edible print supplies with an issue i was having with my cartridges, nolan offered lots of advice and helped me figure out what was wrong with it over the course of two days since we was very confused , with very fast responses and extremely helpful advice , we finally figured out i had the wrong cartridges and nolan has kindly sent out some replacements for me, i am so grateful for all of the help and how quickly and easily this has been resolved
