Prompt Service and a printer that works again.
Ordered a replacement print head online from Edible Print Supplies for a Canon TS5051. EPS weren't the cheapest online but you have to be very careful who you order from on the internet and buying the cheapest option can be a false economy - you don't know where it is coming from (China in all likelihood) or how well it is made so I looked for a genuine UK based company to supply a new print head. Once ordered, the product arrived reasonably quickly via tracked delivery and I fitted it this morning after a brief conversation with a member of the sales staff at EPS and helped by an online tutorial (again, by EPS) and I have a working printer again. The print head is not a genuine Canon product as far as I can see and I don't even know if it comes with a warranty - perhaps EPS can tell me?? Hopefully it will last as long as the last one!

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. We are pleased to hear you were able to find us as a reputable supplier of Canon-compatible print heads, and found our installation tutorials helpful. Print heads do not come with a warranty, as they are a consumable part of the printer, just like the cartridges. With our recommended maintenance you should get a good amount of printing out of your new print head before it needs replacing again though. And as you have already found, we're always happy to assist! I hope that helps, and thank you again for your order. Rachel, EPS 🖨️✨
