Josh Smart delivery
We have just had our new car delivered. The driver that delivered it was Josh Smart. He messaged a few days before delivery explaining what was going to happen and a rough estimate on times for delivery. Then on the day of delivery he send a message to update the delivery time due to the car not having charge which had been rectified by Josh himself. Once arriving Josh spend about 20/30 minutes cleaning/polishing the car so it looked its best. Before delivering it to our drive. Then stopping with us for about 30 minutes talking through the car and how to get us up and going. All round exceptional service from start to finish dealing with Josh.

I bought a car from Harrogate and i live all the way down in dorset. This delivery company was impeccable! Jamie phoned me the day before to let me know he had the car and would deliver it for 8am. He was outside at 8am sharp! He was super friendly and informative and a great asset to this company! I dont usually leave reviews but I felt the service Jamie provided was second to none! Can't thank you guys enough!

Elias collected the car we had sold through Carwow. He rang the night before to let us know when to expect him, kept us updated when his taxi was late, talked us through the process and was thoroughly pleasant and professional to deal with.

Text was received the evening before delivery confirming the estimated arrival time.
Vincent arrived around the time expected the next day, delivery took about 20 minutes and I found Vincent very courteous, friendly and professional.
Overall, I’ve been really pleased with the experience and would recommend this company and Vincent highly.
