Josh arrived promptly provided plenty of notice on his arrival to allow time for me to ensure I was ready, he was friendly polite and professional, he explained the functions of the vehicle and allowed me time to check it myself too with no pressure felt to rush etc.

Jaime who delivered my car 9am updated me hour before and communicated well and handed over to me car with full explanations of basic manual and information.

Mike delivered my new car and was absolutely lovely from start to finish. He contacted me several days before the delivery to introduce himself and confirm that he would be delivering my vehicle and then contacted me again on the morning of delivery to provide an estimated time of arrival. He was so friendly, chatty and helpful and was more than happy to answer any questions I had. As this was my first electric car and my first automatic, I really appreciated him taking the time to explain everything to me and making sure I felt comfortable before he left. He is a total credit to the company and made the whole delivery experience really positive 😊

We have just had our new car delivered. The driver that delivered it was Josh Smart. He messaged a few days before delivery explaining what was going to happen and a rough estimate on times for delivery. Then on the day of delivery he send a message to update the delivery time due to the car not having charge which had been rectified by Josh himself. Once arriving Josh spend about 20/30 minutes cleaning/polishing the car so it looked its best. Before delivering it to our drive. Then stopping with us for about 30 minutes talking through the car and how to get us up and going. All round exceptional service from start to finish dealing with Josh.
