Great service with this company. Andy and James were excellent throughout, keeping us informed of their arrival time and handling the delivery of our dining table with care and attention. Even ensured the table legs were installed to our preference.

The team were incredibly friendly and mad us feel completelyat ease, and the table setup was completed quickly, efficiently and to an excellent standard.

A fantastic service from start to finish — would highly recommended.

The company delivered exactly as described within timeslot and with a pre delivery phone call. The delivery men John and Wilson were polite and friendly and delivered the item to the room I requested. Everything went very smoothly.

After being with Higher Jump Logistics for over five years, I’m extremely disappointed to be leaving a one-star review.

For years, their service was excellent. When arranging collections from suppliers, there was a section to leave notes. If an item needed packaging or wrapping, I would clearly state this in the notes, and it was always taken care of.

Unfortunately, on our most recent shipment, we specifically requested that a £1,500 chrome-plated furniture item was packaged. It wasn’t wrapped or protected properly and arrived damaged.

When I complained, I was suddenly told that their system had changed and that packaging requests now have to be emailed separately. If that is genuinely the case, why is there still a notes section on the booking where customers can leave important instructions? Apparently, the driver doesn’t even read it.

Rather than accepting responsibility, it felt like excuses were being made to avoid liability for the damage.

I’m now around £800 out of pocket, as I have to replace the item for my customer and also deal with getting the damaged item returned.

What disappoints me most is how much the customer service has changed. In the past, the owner/director would personally speak to customers, return calls and genuinely seemed to care about the business and the service being provided. That certainly hasn’t been my experience this time.

A company can be judged by how it deals with things when they go wrong. In this case, I don’t believe higher Jump Logistics took proper responsibility for what happened.

They used to be a good delivery company I would happily recommend. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would now think twice before trusting them with valuable business shipments — particularly if you expect them to stand behind their service when something gets damaged. I don’t not recommend higher jump logistics

They delivered my new sofa with such professionalism and care.
It was extremely heavy and had to be carried up two flights of stairs, which was no easy task, but they never
complained and just got on with it. They were friendly, polite, respectful and took great care not to damage anything.
They also took all of the packaging away for me, which was a huge help. Nothing was too much trouble, and their customer service was exceptional.
It's so refreshing to come across people who genuinely take pride in their work and are THE BEST at it!!

Andy and James, text us several times during the day to confirm our delivery was on its way and more accurate times as the day progressed and arrived on time. They delivered my extremely heavy and furniture with due care and attention which was reassuring as it was expensive. They were very pleasant and informative and couldn’t be more helpful. Despite roads not being the best in rural Scotland they were bang on time as per their text messages. They are a credit to the company and recommend.

Hassle-free experience. They sent a text the day before. Arrived when they said they would. Andy and Dave were friendly and professional. Provided advice on assembly and care of the product without being asked. Nice chaps. Great service.

Andy and James experiencer our first rain in two months and had to assemble our chairs and table in the back of the van.
They were polite and helpful and although we had some issues with three of the eight chairs, they informed Homebase with video and comments.
Hopefully they will be the team to return to replace the three chairs.
