Bought goods from eBay I received my goods promptly, there was a flyer with the goods so thought give them a go FREEE del for goods over £20 so promptly spent £30 hit the buy now button comes back £34.99 charged me first class postage.... promptly cancelled my order. but in fairness they did offer to refund the postage but I told them to cancel the order, you get one chance with me and if your web site don't know that it as a promo on then it can not be trusted.. THIS IS AN UPDATE 4/1/2022 after calming down and receiving my refund I went back on the site and reordered this time I screwtinised every thing and there it was amongst the many different ways to pay free post so checked the box then pressed pay this was on the 22/12/2021 and was also past the same day postage time, but low and behold posty walked up my path on the 23rd with my order well chuffed and kudos to them, I have yet to taste the juice though, I am letting it steep for a while after adding the nicotine. There are one or two things I would like to see on there site 1 stop all the pop up's you know the ones Jill from Bristol just bought this Fred from timbuktu just bought this 2 stop firing all the deals at me while I am trying to shop 3 put a check box next to the terms and conditions after all after all there is a check box for everything else, it took me 4 maybe 6 attempts to find it pretty frustrating will I be reordering again I hope so I will probably do another update when I get to taste the juice after all it was a very very good deal, and as a rule when the deal is good the goods are often not. Couple of days left on my green slush then on to my ecig store juice fingers crossed.

Great customer service. I had originally ordered 2x 2% salt nicotine vaporizers and had received the wrong order (received 2x 5.0%). I therefore emailed the customer service correspondence team and they were very quick to reply to my inquiry. They sent me a replacement order without any difficulty. The replacement order arrived early the next day. Great overall service, and I will be ordering from this website once again in the near future.
