Very poor placed my first order and was cancelled without a reason will not be using again

I bought 10 black jack vape bottles on 3 november and I can't get the tops off 5 bottles no matter how I try

Sent me the wrong vape I order. Customer service is terrible and would not recommend

Ordered 2 vapes. Got a email to say one colour was out of stock so offered a replacement colour which I accepted straight away. They sent one out and have been waiting weeks for the second one. No one reply to any emails

Item not in stock have emailed 7 times no reply rang the contct number was told to go to the so called live chat sent the question four days ago still waiting for them to reply and still no refund I am reporting them to trading standards and the fraud department don't buy anything from this store

I've been using this site for over a year now. Fantastic prices and really fast delivery.
I've had one issue in the last 12 months where an item was missing and it was resolved with a quick email to them.
I've used various different sites and stores and thes guys are by far my favourite.

Ordered 5 items and only received 4.
Zero communication from the store. No confirmation of order when you buy something, no dispatch notification, and most importantly no reply when I tried to message about the missing item. Best to avoid this store. Plenty of other vape stores out there that are more reliable

I’ve emailed them and tried the phone number I’ve placed a order on the 18/12/23 still not received my package £36 down the drain I’ve never had a issue before I will be contacting the bank and find a new place to get my e cig needs 😡

Customer serviced not good at all- try to ring their mobile number and “theyre not taking calls” try to email them and havent recieved an email back in 2 days, also not had a confirmation email so cant even track my order- Also ordered 9 bottles of nicotine and recieved 2 bottles- If no one contacts me back in the next 24 hours i will be getting a refund from the bank
