I received 1 part of an initial shipment (5 bags) but have been waiting for the majority of the shipment for 3 weeks. Have sent numerous emails, with no response.
Just received notice that I had “subscribed” to another order and it was being shipped. Tried cancelling that with an email - again no response. Received another notice that another “subscription” was being shipped. Tried cancelling that with no response.
Since they are non responsive to Emails, I am contacting my credit card company.

Agreeing with the other one star accounts, this subscription process is an absolute scam. No receipts mention that you purchased a subscription and it is impossible to check if you have a subscription, I only knew when my bank account was charged again. Before the company responds with “our subscribe & save policy can be misunderstood,” I went back to check and that term was ONLY on the social media app originally clicked on to get to the website, no where mentioned in my order or in confirmation emails. Regardless- I tried TEN TIMES to make an account afterwards to make sure I hadn’t purchased a subscription. It takes you to a login to “generate password” from your email and then never sends the password. The first time I submitted a claim with customer service, afterwards I got “generated passwords” two days later, neither of which worked then. I’ve done the contact form twice, tried to call, and tried the live chat twice- NOTHING COMES OUT OF IT!!! With the first claim they said “reply with NO Cancel Subscription” to continue, I did, and received no confirmation that my subscription was cancelled. It’s an endless loop designed to scam you, hoping you just give up and keep the subscription. Seems like the only way to make it stop is to call your bank and block the charges

Very Shady Company. I placed one order to try it. My wife and I shared one bag and both had severe gastrointestinal issues. I looked on the label and saw that they use Maltitol and isomalt which are very cheap sugar alternatives and known for causing these types of problems. I emailed them to let them know (following their return policy) that I wanted a refund. No Response. A few days later, I WAS CHARGED AGAIN! I NEVER AGREED TO PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE ORDER! They fraudulently charged my card without my permission the second time even after I already told them I wanted to get a refund! Very Shady company that takes your money without permission and their product is horrible. Just read about Maltitol and isomalt. I'm turning them into the FTC, BBB, attorney general, and leaving a review everywhere that will take one. Criminals!

Really disappointing. I tried to start a subscription, then a week later I saw my order had not shipped so I contacted support. They replied immediately saying that my order was in transit, and sent me my tracking number again. I checked the number, and it still said it was not received by the carrier. This was a week and a half ago, and they have not replied to any further emails. I want to cancel at this point but I can't get any response, and the carrier still has not received the package.

BUYER BEWARE : this is not a one time purchase of healthy gummies this is a scam to sign you up to a subscription they make it impossible to get out of because their website does not work, they do not answer emails, their correspondence does not inform you that it is a subscription and you will find out a month later when you have to go through a bunch of hassle to get your credit card to block them.
SHAMELESS is a great name for this scam company!
The response below does not reflect my experience with this brand. Deceptive at best - none of the receipts I received from my initial order which I made and received product from say anything about having purchased a subscription and I am still getting served the SAME ad on instagram which says “final clearance sale” and NOTHING about a subscription. I forwarded screenshots of all of this to their customer service team and was told it’s a transparent ad and practice. Well I do not agree and stand by my review. I was able to get a refund after filing a complaint with the payment processor. The gummies are actually fine and tasty, no complaints there. Their website does not work to cancel at least on iOS 26.3 Safari and Chrome maybe that was a coincidental technical issue but it was what initiated this review because I thought I was going to have to cancel my credit card. You can purchase this product through other retailers and not have to deal with the shenanigans.

Buyers BEWARE. I placed my first order back in January. I happened to check my bank account and saw the total charged was TRIPLE the order I placed. After contacting customer service, there were three boxes of product added to my order I DID NOT order. Although my ‘order’ hadn’t shipped yet, and wouldn’t for days after my request, Shameless would not correct. I was told I would have to wait until the shipment arrives before I could begin a return. Then…the order was split and shipped with different carriers, one of which took WEEKS to arrive. When I finally got all the product on my ‘order’, I contacted customer service again, as instructed, to request a return. I was given a return authorization but also was told their ‘100% satisfaction guarantee and returns accepted policy’ could include a $10 ‘restocking’ fee and I had to pay the return shipping. The 3 huge carnival boxes, I DID NOT ORDER, cost me $28 USPS to ship back. My original order placed was roughly $57, the amount charged was around $157, took weeks to arrive while I’m out an additional $100 for product I didn’t order, and now I’ve spent an additional $30 to return the product and may also have an additional $10 taken out for a restock fee. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING.

Made a $200 order on the first of the month a week later a bag with 13 small bags were delivered. Not even half the order . With no updates for weeks until a day ago saying it’ll be delivered on the 19/20. I was giving this candy out at a get together. Well that get together has passed yesterday I’m disappointed with your way of handling things. Terrible service

I tried to change my subscription to different flavors, followed the instructions to generate a password and nothing happened, not in junk mail, nothing no where. tried the live chat. no response. emailed customer service. no response. I've now requested to cancel my subscription due to shady business practices, if not done in 24 hours I will dispute any further charges in order to cancel my subscription.

Deceptive ordering. I placed a single order and they turned it into a recurring order. Tried to call customer service during business hours but the phone just rang and rang. Finally called my bank and disputed the charge, and put a stop on the merchant so they cannot charge again.
As to product, gummies are made in China. I ate a few but had terrible digestive problems.

Very deceptive ordering! They added $100.00 of "something" on top of what I ordered, and I IMMEDIATELY canceled the order. They ignored every email I sent, charged my credit card for over $200.00 after I had canceled, and sent me strange notices like I was a happy customer! Today I get another email from them saying I CAN'T CANCEL, and another email asking if I want to help sell their candy to friends of mine. You can't track orders, Customer Service is non-existent, and they break every rule about on-line Internet ordering. It's been over one week and I think I'm out $200.00 for an order of candy made in China.

Placed an order on 1-5-26 and still have not received. E-mailed several times, all I receive is package in transit. Tracking is useless giving no update. Sad, as I really love the product but won't order again!
Update--went to chat and requested director of customer service. Gave up after an hour with no response! Given up on this company!!

I love these gummies and I am so disappointed with the ordering and customer service aspect if this company. I had part of my order delivered, but there is still a lot missing that never arrived. The tracking number tells me nothing. I have emailed them at least 3-4 times, tried to chat with an agent on their website twice, tried to contact them through their website twice, and finally messaged them on Facebook multiple times. No response in over a week of trying to speak to someone. I really don't understand how their customer service can be so bad. They have a great product and it is a shame that I a never got everything I paid for and will probably never order from them again.

I ordered several packages on a one-time purchase. I received an email saying I had subscribed monthly. I did not. When I wrote to their customer service asking them to unsubscrbe me, I received no response. I wrote again. Still no response. It has been about 3 weeks since I ordered and I can't even track the order because the tracking number is not highlighted. I am very disappointed in this company and will not order again. Beware!!!

I placed an order in November of 2025. I finally received it in January of 2026. I now receive an email saying I am getting another order. There is no where on the website to cancel the automatic subscription you are set up for when you place an order. Three emails later and still no response from the company. You and penalized if you want to return the product with a 9.95 fee from the company and shipping charge. I would not order from this company AGAIN!!!

The way the order process works is very deceptive and tricks you to purchasing more than what you wanted...I was building my cart to see the cost and then after selecting my payment method of PayPal it just charges me with no chance to review my cart. Completely unaware I was already charged their post cart offers are in big lettering to accept and then small print below if you want to decline the offer. I misclicked and and was instantly charged another $86. They also automatically enroll you into a subscription without asking and I only found out about it when I tried to cancel my order ,which they claim they can't cancel even though it was minutes after the order that I requested this. You are lying when you say you can't cancel and just hope we give up because I can see on here and on the better business bureau site that once you get a negative review you, then you finally cancel the order as requested. Maybe I'll remove this review if you make it right.

This review is mainly for the customer service. The snacks are OK. But I cannot stand a company that tricks you into a subscription. I will never try a product and immediately sign up for a subscription. I want to try the product (which means I need time to do that) and then if I like it well enough I will subscribe. And most likely I will just reorder. Don't trick me by some small print at the bottom saying if you fill blah blah blah out then we will ship and subscribe your account. Not Cool Guys

I’ve bought them from Amazon & they’re so good but I ordered direct & it’s so scammish…. $70 & 10 days later zero response & no order. The replies to the ship are auto replies. This is not cool. If I don’t hear soon I’ll have no choice but to dispute that charge.

This company is terrible. I was looking online at the snacks and somehow they ordered it. I tried to cancel the order and they would not cancel this I got these today I got four little tiny packages in it cost $60. I am trying to send them back now but it is impossible to get a hold of anybody at this company. I would never order this again ever ever make sure you look at what you're looking at because somehow they just click it and send it to you anyway. I'm trying to return it
