I’ll be honest, I was expecting digestive upset due to the combo of sugar free + fiber. We’ve all read the sugar free gummy bear reviews on Amazon. These are different. They don’t turn your insides inside out and they don’t taste funky.
I’m not into sour, so I got the watermelon, the cherry and the peach. I’ve tried the watermelon and the cherry so far. I can’t believe it’s sugar free and has a whole day’s worth of fiber.
Kills my afternoon sweet tooth without the post sugar crash. Highly recommended

Most expensive candy I ever purchased. Tastes ok. Not the flavors I wanted. Ate the bag and was still hungry. They are gluten-free but not GAS free. Ripped me a new hole in my stomach. I have so much gas I cant leave the house. My stomach cant digest the product. I have stomach pains and cramps and a ton of foul smelling gas. So embarrassing! I want to return the products but not sure if I can get through to customer service. This is what I are today and I am feeling so sick. Hope i can make it to work tomorrow. Keep working on your product. I want nothing to have to do with it. So sick!

THE BIGGEST SCAM & FRAUD EVER! I went onto their website on January 16th. I put 20 bags in the cart. I clicked on Paypal to pay and before I could even approve the authorization I got a pop up that said "Order Confirmed". OK Fine, as I really did want to try these. On January 19th (MARTIN LUTHER KING DAY), I received a text that my order was shipping with a tracking number. When I clicked on that I was brought to a carrier called Uniuni. All I could see was the label was created, and the carrier was waiting for the package from the company.

Three days (January 22nd) later when I checked, I got the same message. I then emailed customer support asking them where the package was (AFTER I chatted with customer support at Uniuni and was told, the company had not delivered the package, and they did not have it) at 9:43am. I received a response immediately, and by immediately I mean 9:43am message sent, 9:43am message received by them (which I found strange as I am in CST and this company is PST so technically they were not open yet), saying they checked with the carrier and the order is in transit, and again sent me my tracking information. This was after I said in my email that the carrier said they do not have the package.

I responded to their emailing stating that Uniuni did NOT have the package, and requested an update on this. NO RESPONSE. I emailed again on Friday, January 23rd.... STILL NO RESPONSE.

I went onto their website on Saturday January 24th, and yet again submitted another email.... NO RESPONSE.

This morning I called the phone number I had to google because you can't find it on their website and cannot get a hold of anyone. They tell you that if after 90 seconds no one answers you will have to leave a message. First call, no answer, then I hear an automated voice say, "There is no need to keep calling, we have received your message and someone will call you back". WHAT MESSAGE? This was my first call. I leave a message and then begin an online chat. Well it's been an hour now and no one has responded.

I went into my Paypal app for help and saw that I signed up for a REOCCURING CHARGE?!?!?!?! Uhhhhhhhhhh no I did NOT do that. So now I have reported this scam to Paypal, ensured that I will never be charged again, and they are investigating this company!

BOTTOM LINE: If you want to try these.... order from Amazon, but at this point, I will NEVER try them nor order from this company EVER again! They are a SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

Same as others. Went to place an order for some items i clicked no to the add ons. Then all of a sudden brought me to the thanks for your order screen with 2 variety packs added on. I DID NOT want them. One contains mango which im allergic to. Ive emailed with no response. Their website and check out is a total scam. Adds things to subscription ( which thank god went and canceled) and also adds on multiple 80+ dollar variety packs. Which i didnt authorize. And offers terrible customer support and no cancel. Didnt take long for them to take over 250 from my bank account.

COMPLETELY ripped off. Upsales came, I declined, yet suddenly my order more than tripled. Someone they subscribed me and plan to charge me $200 again next month! THERE WAS NEVER AN OPPOR TUNITY TO APPROVE THE ORDER even though I was using Paypal. I IMMEDIATELY contacted them the same night and they said it was too late to cancel the order. I write, they do not respond. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE

Excellent taste! Raspberry is my favorite and I love the mixed flavor bag also. Highly recommend!!

“Shameless” is a good descriptor for this company. As are “shady,” “deceptive,” and “dishonest.”
did not intend to order yet and was waiting for the place your order page after going to PayPal. I immediately sent an email asking them to cancel the order (this was a Saturday evening).
By Monday, they sent an email saying the order couldn’t be cancelled as it was being “processed.” I told them they shouldn’t be processing it as I had asked them to cancel it.
I tried to call and do agent chat and was not connected to anyone.
They are still refusing to cancel the order and refund, even though it hasn’t been shipped. Now they reference their “guarantee” but don’t mention what I read on their site: the purchaser pays to ship the snacks back AND they charge some kind of restocking fee.
I don’t want your product!!!

Ordered 10 bags, received 5. No one from customer service has responded. Would not recommend purchasing directly from them . Still no response from customer service. But received the rest of my order today. So ill change my rating to a 3.

Update 1/12/25: Took many emails and finally a reply from the Director to rectify this mess. I shouldn't have had to go thru this in the 1st place, but I am satisfied my money was refunded and was allowed to keep the candy. PLEASE be careful when ordering to ensure you know the total price before purchasing. Hopefully they wll check on the issue I and others have had with being charged for candy that was not ordered & fix the glitch (?) using Paypal to pay, so there will be a chance to truly confirm the items ordered. I may do another review of the candy itself after trying it.

Prior review: Thought I'd give this keto candy a try. All I ordered was 5 bags (3 Watermelon & 2 Peach) and the box of trial bags for $26.95 (only because I wanted all of the "add-on" boxes to STOP!), and was waiting for a confirmation page to see the total (so I could figure out how to put it in my BUDGET!) and if the shipping was truly free as it had said. But there WAS NO CONFIRMATION PAGE before I was charged!?!
I had to get a password to even see "my order", and THAT is how I saw that it seems the 2nd charge in my Paypal account is for a SUBSCRIPTION?!? For 35 bags of candy??!
NO. Absolutely NOT. I did NOT subscribe. At least not knowingly! Why do you not give a chance for people to SEE the total of an order and then CONFIRM the order!?!
I am LIVID right now. I hate it when a company feels they have to trick people into purchasing their product. I do not have that kind of money to use on CANDY! Bot Emails say they can't change an order once confirmed, but there WAS NO CONFIRMATION!
Bot offered me a 30% refund to keep the stuff.... NOPE. I'll be sending it ALL back, as I now have a really BAD TASTE in my mouth from Shameless. I'll be sharing info about how Customer Service does not exist at Shameless to anyone who will listen. I should've read the complaints. Also discovered it's MANUFACTURED in CHINA!?!
Shameless should be ASHAMED for tricking people into spending an EXORBITANT amount of money on their "Shameless" candy.

On January 1, 2026 just after 8 p.m. CST, I went onto the Shameless snacks website to order 6 bags of snacks. I wanted to pay for them by PayPal. But I had second thoughts about it because they are just so OBSCENELY expensive. SO I BACKED OUT OF PAY PAL **WITHOUT AUTHORIZING **ANY** PURCHASE WHATSOEVER**. About 20 minutes later, I just so happened to check my email and learned THAT NOT ONLY WAS I CHARGED FOR THE 6 BAGS OF SNACKS, BUT ALSO FOR ANOTHER $95 WORTH OF PRODUCT!! I immediately called and wrote the company by email. I also contacted them by phone on January 2, 2026 when the company opened. Keep in mind that when the order went through **without my authorization**, it was the EVENING OF JANUARY 1, 2026--NEW YEAR'S DAY--A FEDERAL HOLIDAY--and I contacted them IMMEDIATELY UPON THEM OPENING FOR BUSINESS ON JANUARY 2ND. THERE WAS NO TIME TO CONDUCT ANY BUSINESS WHATSOEVER BETWEEN THE TIME THE FRAUDULENTLY PLACED ORDERS WENT THROUGH AND THE TIME OF MY CALL. I talked with Ron. He told me first of all, that **just by signing into PayPal, I authorized the purchases!** I will be contacting the consumer protection agency and Pay Pal about Shameless Snacks' deceptive practices. Ron refused to cancel saying it was impossible because "the order was in the stream"! BUT AGAIN, IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE FOR ANY BUSINESS TO BE CONDUCTED BETWEEN THE TIME THEY FRAUDULENTLY PLACED THE ORDER WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION AND THE TIME OF MY CALL. Ron *insisted* it could not be cancelled. That's a flat out LIE. And I didn't even go to their site to order another $95 worth of gummy candies. I'm not insane. THEY ADDED THIS--AGAIN, FRAUDULENTLY AND WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR AUTHORIZATION. At no time was there ever a "review your order" type of alert or a "place your order" icon. So I contacted my credit card company and filed a fraud report. I informed Ron that I was going to refuse the package. I told him I expect a full refund. He declined. And upon checking the address for the company--it's just a multi unit RESIDENCE--SO I LOOKED INTO THE COMPANY FURTHER, AND THEY GET ALL THESE GUMMIES STRAIGHT FROM **CHINA**!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FRAUDULENT AND DECEPTIVE AND UNCOOPERATIVE COMPANY!

Great tasting products and good customer service. I particularly like the sour gummies. Several flavors. Shipping times are acceptable. Will definitely purchase again.

These are the most delicious low cal, low sugar gummy treats I have ever tasted. There are so many gummy’s in each pouch, I was amazed. These are my new go to snack.

These gummies taste amazing and don't raise my blood sugar. As a diabetic they are a true game changer. OmG peach tastes just like peach rings and cola tastes exactly like Coca-Cola. My daughter loves the mango and I also tried watermelon, so far, which is also amazing.

100% honesty here. I have Alpha-gal Syndrome. I've had to give up anything and everything mammal. Including anything 'gummy' and most candies. But I can have these vegan candies!

I have tried for years to find a diabetes friendly candy that actually tastes good and finally have with Shameless Snacks! They have such a big variety of flavors to choose from and I haven't found one that I don't like yet. I am on a weightloss journey but have a sweet tooth and these little gummy candies help keep me from wanting to cheat. The extra fiber is very helpful as well.

Ordered on 11/23 and it is now 12/3 and have received zero tracking information. I also experienced the pop-up window that added extra to my order. I was offered a 30% discount. Big deal, I didn’t want the extra on my order. I contacted them today and asked for a refund for my unshipped order and got a response with a tracking number that you couldn’t click on. I’m going to file a dispute with my payment method. This company sucks!

SCAM SCAM SCAM The website clearly advertises free shipping, yet I was charged $4.95 shipping. It was listed in my product order breakdown but the "shipping" line of the order total was $0 so I'm sure lots of people overlook it. Also, an additional $89 in product was added to my order without my consent and the company conveniently does not offer order cancelations. The most they would do was a 30% refund of my total purchase amount. Ridiculous. Shameless Snacks lies and says they will make it right but they don't and the entire company seems to be run by AI bots. They left a response to this review on how to make it right by contacting management through the live chat on the website, but that was an epic fail because of their incompetent chat bot not understandingmy request. I've also called their customer service line probably 20 times and my call has never been answered regardless of the department prompt I choose. And yes, I have the correct phone number. I was also directed to leave a voicemail in their review response, but I did that the morning after this whole ordeal occurred and I never got a call back. I did get an email (seemed like an automated response) saying that since I got a 30% refund there's nothing more that they will do. So I got a $39 refund when there was an extra $95 added to my order between the $89.95 product package that I DID NOT ORDER and a $4.95 shipping charge even though they advertise free shipping. But hey, at least they sent me 4 complimentary trucker hats with their logo in them. What am I supposed to do with 4 shameless snacks trucker hats??? The order receipt said I would get 2 tote bags and 2 pairs of socks which I did not receive. Not that I'm concerned about the socks and bags, but it just goes to show how ridiculous this company is.
