Worst possible customer service 😡

I was inadvertently signed up for a subscription. When I received a notice that a shipment was processing, I IMMEDIATELY contacted customer support and was told that there was nothing they could do to stop it. I was then informed that I should cancel the subscription online to prevent any future deliveries BUT **there is no way whatsoever to cancel your subscription online.** 😡
I had wanted to refuse the package delivery and have it sent back to the vendor (because, of course, they have a crappy return policy), but Uni Uni only DELIVERS packages, they will not accept them.
Even if I wanted the product, at this point I am so disgusted with the way they handled eveything, that I will be dumping the package in the trash.
SHAME ON YOU, Shameless, for your truly awful computer system and your completely sh*tty customer service.
Horrible company. AVOID!!!! ⚠️

Addendum (added 3/30/2026):
After she reached out, I spoke with Sharon Watson (liason between the customer and the CEO of Shameless). She acknowledged that there were some issues that the company could improve upon and expanded on some of the ways they are trying to be more customer-friendly. While I will not order from them again, perhaps in the near future, other customers might benefit from these positive changes.

They're the gold coins of the healthy snack world

The fine-print subscriptions are just the start of their sketchy practices. Their automated customer service will reply to your requests as soon as they are sure the order is shipped and can't be adjusted. They could be the best snacks in the world, I'll never buy from them again.

I really enjoy these gummy’s a lot

I really enjoy these gummy’s a lot. But the company has a lot of issues getting back to people and the customer service department needs an upgrade. You are a business you’re selling a product. You need to answer questions to your clients and customers to assure that they’re getting a good product and satisfactory. Customer service is a step one to this process. I’m a business marketing major and you guys are doing everything wrong. You would sell more product if you had a better system. Unfortunately I will not be purchasing anymore because it is frustrating to cancel a subscription or even to get in touch with someone about a concern or a unsatisfactory complaint but no one wants to reach out and learn more about that how to be better it’s really too bad.

Purchasing online is a scam!

I had a horrible experience shopping with Shameless Snacks! I purchased online and checked out normally and after it queued other products that it thought you may like. When I clicked one to see if I may be, it just went to the next queued item. I did not realize it was generating another transaction work $96.
When I realized I immediately called the customer service line and sent an email, this was months ago and I still have not received a response to those inquiries. I was sent an auto response basically stating if you reach out a second time your inquiry would be deprioritized and sent to the back of the line. I gave it a few days and when I didn't receive a response I disputed the second charge. I finally received a response (form another company called BUG MD) to the dispute basically threatening to fight it and they would only give me the refund if I withdrew the dispute. When I did, they refunded all but $25. When I reached out again and they said they received a dispute charge and were charging it back to me. Luckily my banked assisted with fighting it again but I almost lost the dispute because they lied to the bank and said they sent me the product and provided them with a fraudulent tracking number. They refunded another $19 and I just gave up on the last $6. I would never work with them EVER again. Oddly enough I saw they were at target and tried them that way. The candy itself taste pretty good, I didn't notice a change in digestion other then some gas...but the experience I had buying online would not allow me to support this company in any way.

Sour gummy candy

I tried their variety pack of "sour gummy candy" and it was very refreshing to try candy that actually tastes like fruit. Even better, the ingredients aren't terribly bad for you.

The only thing I think they could do better is quality control because some of the pieces are too hard, too chewy, and difficult to eat while most are a perfect soft and gummy consistency.

BEWARE! I only did a one time purchase and they AUTOMATICALLY signed me up for a subscription. I MADE SURE TO CLICK THE ONE TIME PURCHASE BOX. There are other brands that have similar products that you can buy in store. Avoid this brand.

They are freaking delicious better than sour patch kids or any other gummy product! Do NOT choose the subscription!!!

The Attorney General should be apprised of Shameless's business practices. It is virtually impossible to cancel a subscription by using their website. Total shady *AND* if you choose to return your (unwanted) order, they not only charge you the return postage, but have the gall to tack on an additional $9.95 return fee! The product is ok, but I would NEVER purchase from them again because of their business practices...
They truly are Shameless -- and not in a good way.

Gummies okay, customer service is horrendous

While I think the snacks are okay, trying to cancel the subscription was a nightmare. About 10-15 emails and my order was still shipped after plenty of notice. I was told it couldn't be returned. Even thought he shipping was clearly their fault. I also plan on letting the Better Business Bureau know about their tactics.

Took almost a month to receive the…

Took almost a month to receive the order. Than after the order arrived it was missing quite a few items. Definitely not worth the hassle. Not to mention all the extra stuff or addons is just a joke. Those didn’t come either. Beware!

In response to the update from shameless; “ Thank you for your response, but the issue goes beyond the delay. Communication was lacking throughout this process.

There were three small bags missing from my order, and I only received a response about the second shipment after leaving an honest review. Again, it shouldn’t take that just to get a response.

After spending approximately $250, I expected a much smoother experience. This has been frustrating and disappointing, and not a company I’m willing to support moving forward.”

Late shipments. Difficult to cancel.

Today marks 2 weeks since my order and I still have not received my product.
It took me 15 minutes to figure out how to cancel recurring orders. You cannot do it through logging in on the website. To cancel, there is A VERY tiny link in the ORIGINAL email they sent.
I've received a promotional email almost every day since my order. They spam you over and over.
Terrible company.

Buyer beware

I placed a one-time order, and they made it into a recurring autopay. I was stunned when they said they were shipping another order at the end of February. I immediately reached out to customer service, telling them I didn't like their product and I would never have placed the order. I received an AI reply that said the order was placed on February 28 and was in process. I replied again, stating that I didn't place that order. After some digging, I discovered that they had put me down for autopay through PayPal. I turned that off right away, and I am now trying to return the product, but no one has replied to any of the three emails I have sent.

Subscription forced. Use a virtual credit card

Rating 2 stars, so you know I'm trying to be fair. Products are good straight up. I'd recommend them for health.

What is terrible is their sneaky way of subscribing you into their monthly purchases. Nowhere did I ever click the checkbox for subscription. So either their website developers are inept or the business is enforcing subscriptions on people.

Now, I did get a subscription notice email, very late, only a few days before it would ship the next batch and charge me.
Their customer service is oddly unresponsive via email or phone when it comes to cancelling. I have receipts of email sent and phone calls to cancel yet they didnt process it until the next week after the subscription charge kicked in. But they're very responsive when you try to ask for anything not related to costing them money. They even have a claim that they'll get back to you in "24-48 hours".

Don't buy their generic PR trying to reply to each of the comments. I see I was not the only victim of this subscription. I would've been a lifelong customer if it weren't for this. Back to fiber pills I go.

Never received order and no customer support

I placed my order with Shameless Snacks on February 19, 2026. On March 3rd I inquired on the company website about delivery of my package. I was sent a tracking link that took me to an Amazon Shipping page that said my order would be delivered "imminently", which tells me nothing. So I checked the link again today to see that it was delivered on March 10 to the wrong address, as shown in the photo provided. I tried calling Shameless - the automated message states that they are not open (at 11am on a Thursday?) and "do not leave a voicemail". Pretty shady! So I called Amazon, and they said that they cannot help me with getting a refund or having my order shipped again. They told me that I need to contact Shameless. Really? Amazon is responsible for delivering my package to the wrong address! Do NOT order from Shameless because they do not handle their own shipping and Amazon will not take responsibility for delivering their products.

Shipping taking WAY too long

Placed an order on February 27th. Still waiting for the items to arrive. They were separated into 2 shipments, one with UniUni and the other with Amazon shipping. Neither can give me any other info other than the order is "in transit" or "a label was created". Meanwhile, you're sending a ton of emails to (1) become an affiliate? and (2) to use a coupon that expires in a few days. I haven't even gotten the darn items yet and tasted them - why would you give me a coupon that expires so quickly? Very frustrated so far - not happy. Hoping to get the items soon. (FYI - I'm in NJ and they were apparently in NY 5 days ago!)

Unwanted billjng

Mistakenly suckered into a subscription. I’ve sent emails, filled out forms, requested cancellation. They still bill and ship… it’s been over $100 in unwanted, unauthorized charges and the stuff won’t stop. I’m having to file disputes now. Beware ordering.

i ordered a one time shipment. They have repeatedly threatened to send more shipments. I have cancelled and cancelled and and they do not stop. this company is a SCAM!

This company commits fraud, stay well away.

People should read these reviews before even attempting to purchase. This is a scamming, borderline criminal company.

They set you up a subscription as default with no receipt - that I can deal with even though it's bad business practice. But the portal to cancel the subscription is glitchy and difficult to navigate. It didn't work on chrome because the submit button is hidden by the bottom menu tab. I eventually managed to get the cancellation submitted on the desktop site and got a pop-up confirming the cancellation 4 days before the next order.

I wake up to find they have charged my card despite this. This is illegal and I will be reporting this as fraud. They can respond to as many reviews they like pretending that the subscription was clear or that it can be cancelled via the portal, and that they can be contacted by chat or email - these are all lies. They do not let you cancel and they do not respond using customer service.
