Fantastic customer service as always. Always a personal touch and never robotic. I really cant fault the company. They have given me great advice on how to to stop ear wax build up. 10/10 service!

We were welcomed warmly when we arrived at the Kings Heath surgery and were seen on time. Tafsiya, the young lady carrying out the treatment was professional yet gentle in explaining the treatment to my son. She made sure he was comfortable and worked with confidence.
It was lovely to see Mr. Karim (the professional we had been receiving treatment from in the past and still remembers us!!) who stayed back until we were done to ensure we were okay:)
Have been returning to this service routinely as needed and have never been disappointed.

After 2 miserable weeks of hearing loss and suffering I visited my clinic in Sutton coldfield, and the professional service and advice I received was amazing!
So much attention to detail, and my specialist made me feel welcome and valued. It was my second visit to the clinic having visited two years ago for wax removal. I will definitely visit again next time.
Thank you so much, my hearing has returned and I feel like me again. 😊👌

First time getting my ears cleaned which was needed, talk me through the process while keeping me relaxed and calm. Wouldn’t definitely recommend.

I have been with this clinic for ear wax removal since Covid and have always been treated very well. My present experience has been brilliant. As my hearing has started to deteriorate I spoke to Mr Kurin and we discussed hearing aids which I have tried before albiet NHS ones which I have never been able to get on with. I was able to have a free trial for a week or so to see how the private ones compared and was pleasantly surprised. Mr Kurin was incredibly patient, explaining everything he was going to do and how it works, making sure they were comfortable. There was no pressure on me to pursue these hearing aids but very glad I did. The whole experience has been extremely good and would recommend this hearing clinic to anyone suffering. The new premises in Haunch Lane is very professionally fronted by Jenny who is very helpful and pleasant. Thank you very much

First used this company two years ago and the second time was just as good.
I was lucky a booking was available so from the call to completion was two hours
The actual procedure was completed within 15 minutes .
Mohammed is excellent , he explains every step and the whole process is fast, comfortable and very satisfying as 100% hearing is immediately reinstated
There is even now an inclusive endoscope camera that allows you to see a video of the procedure after completion . It’s truly amazing to watch .
Also tremendous value. This technique has made the painful and dangerous ‘syringing’ process completely obsolete .

I am so proud of the service and would to share my very good experience to my friends and colleagues at work who need earwaxing.

The service was easy to book and the gentleman was friendly, efficient and did a wonderful, pailess wax etraxtion. He explained what the process was clearly Would highly recommend.

Visited Mr khizar today with 2 booked ears left, perfect hearing in both, professional, quick, pain free procedure, shows you before and after pictures, highly recommend.sutton Coldfield bakers lane.

Unblocked both my ears and the videos made me really think about what’s in them. Keep them clean people…..

I received professional treatment for ear wax removal a year ago and did not hesitate in booking another appointment with Mr Karim at my local clinic this week. Following an examination, he explained that treatment was not required this time. Payment was a nominal fee.

Great service very happy thanks mr karim

Great service as always, would highly recommend to anyone requiring this service!

Nothing to fault here. Professional and courteous and the tech to carry out assessments and advise accordingly

Mr Khizar was very helpful & reassuring in every way. Great service though out

Amazing! Came for ear wax removal. Mr Khizar was fantastic and explained everything he was doing. Great results!!

Absolutely brilliant pain free experience. Mr Khizar was very professional and made me feel at ease. Always use the Sutton Coldfield branch and have never had a problem, thank you

Mr Khizar was very professional throughout the ear wax removal. He was gentle and clearly had great expertis
e. Throughout the procedure he clearly explained each stage and he had a very reassuring manner. I have had ear problems in the past so I did not relish the procedure but all was well. Thank you.

My wife and I are returning customers at the Streetly branch. We have always been welcomed with utmost courtesy and professionalism.
The treatment was explained in detail throughout.
Many thanks (again) !

Hassan came to my home in Northampton two years ago to remove wax from both ears. I posted a 5* review as I’ve never had such a professional and caring experience. Everything I said in that review still applies. If you need confirmation of my comments please read some of the reviews posted by many people over the last two years. Bearing this in mind I made an appointment in January 2024 to have wax removed from both ears. The whole experience again was excellent. As I said in my original review: SIMPLY THE BEST, BETTER THAN ALL THE REST.
