Lost in Transit
The process of ordering was very easy with a delivery date provided. Unfortunately the item had not arrived a full week after the proposed date. I contacted Drone Safe and an individual responded immediately apologising that they would chase up and the parcel shortly thereafter. Having access to a named human was great and I would definitely recommend.

My purchase of the DJI Mavic 4 Pro…
This was the first time I've used Drone Safe Store and I purchased a Mavic 4 Pro, and what fantastic service I received from all of the staff, and a Big thank you to Archie who promptly sorted out my DJI care refresh pack. I can’t fault the Drone Safe Store
I can’t fault the Drone Safe Store. I contacted them out of hours and Tom still responded that evening. I also received a courtesy call letting me know that my order had gone through and would be shipped on the day they promised. I’ve been to a couple of events they’ve held, and they always make you feel very welcome.
On this occasion, however, the courier let them down. The parcel was held at the depot for an extra day. When it was eventually delivered, the courier was a little late. Normally, that wouldn’t bother me, but he actually claimed he had delivered it on time. I have a photo with a timestamp that clearly shows otherwise.

I wanted a DJI Neo 2 More Combo delivered, but Drone Safe had none it stock and asked me to call back in a couple of days, which I did and my luck was in.
