Two recent experiences with Drone Safe Store confirm as to why I am a returning customer again.
The first was with regard to my seeking advice as to my best option Avata 360 package that would help me get the best out of three different drone models supported by different controllers along with and without Goggles.
The second was advising me as to the activation process for the Care Refresh package for the Avata 360.
It is always refreshing to be able to chat with teams who know what they are talking about.

Perfect! Exactly what I ordered, timely delivery and a better price than most retailers for exact same bundle. There’s some really good accessories stocked too and I liked their additional cover options for the tech itself to give peace of mind!

Really great prices, and some amazing free gifts when I bought my drone. Very happy with the service. My order was dispatched the following working day and delivered by DPD.

Love to review the product, but not received yet. Reviewing due to receiving a request for my feedback via email.

As for the experience, ordered on Wednesday based on the website offering guaranteed next day delivery. Checked I was within the cutoff, and placed the order.

Heard nothing from DSS, so used their chat to query on Thursday - was told it would now be coming on Friday. Got in touch again on Friday to say no tracking received, only to be told they were awaiting stock and it would be shipped on Friday to arrive Saturday. Was then told it had shipped, and I received a tracking number.

This wasn’t working, so towards end of the day, I again questioned DSS, to be told it wouldn’t be picked up until 1730. Finally got working tracking for a Saturday delivery.

Waited in on Saturday, DPD then say they’ve tried to deliver, and we weren’t in. Wrong house, now supposedly being delivered Sunday.

Appreciate the DPD is beyond DSS control - however listing items as in stock, and available for next day delivery is very much in their control. If you don’t have the stock, don’t show it as in stock. If there’s a delay with delivery, at least let your customers know. It will save them waiting in without a clue as to what’s going on.

Would use again. Easy and quick to talk to some one. Good pricing
