Ordered DJI mini 5 pro combo start of January. As a retired professional photographer I spent quite some time reviewing video etc. before purchasing. I am very fussy about image quality. Never used a drone before and was a little anxious on my first couple of flights. I must say I am more than impressed, this drones videos and stills are fantastic. I use it nearly everyday now as I live in wonderful Cornwall. Have already uploaded about 60 videos and stills to stock libraries and sold a couple of stills already last week. I purchased the hard waterproof case for the DJI MINI 5PRO. After looking into it, as in price, delivery costs and delivery time. For me Drone safe was the best deal. It turned up on time, well packaged, and in excellent condition. And the fly more combo all fits nicely inside. 👍🏻

"I had a complicated journey trying to buy the DJI Osmo Pocket 3. Originally, I ordered it from another store, but the delivery failed because DPD doesn't work well here on the islands. I was so frustrated until I found this shop. Not only was the price better, but the customer service was on another level!
I reached out and asked if they could send it specifically via Royal Mail to ensure it actually reaches me. They were so understanding and went out of their way to accommodate my request.
A massive thank you to Harrison! He was incredibly helpful, kept me updated the whole time, and made sure my camera arrived safely. It’s rare to find a shop that genuinely listens to its customers' needs. If you live in a remote area, trust these guys — they’ll make it happen. 5 stars!
