Had some IT issues so not as smooth as previous listings but manged to get property on line within a week with help from Wilson.

I experienced problems with the online portal and unable to communicate directly with potential buyers as the viewing requests did not display. These were emailed to me but most of the viewing times requested needed changing and this involved a number of phone calls, when it should have been handled smoothly via the portal. At the time of writing it still hasn't been fixed !! which is disappointing. However, I'm still giving a 5 star review which reflects the overall value of selling your property via Doorsteps and in particular their sales guy 'Evans' who was very good on the phone helping sort things out. Thank you Evans, but please get the portal working correctly.

I wanted my property to be put up for sale with Doorsteps.co.uk. My initial contact was with Dennis Mundo and he has been superb in undertaking the task. I am very impressed with his help as the task was completed smoothly and swiftly. Great service!

If only I could give 0 stars I would. I had 2 properties listed with doorsteps and paid for the most expensive package for both which in total came to nearly 2K. What a mistake I made and if only I could rewind time I would. There customer service is shocking to say the least. No matter how many times you call or email if they do not want to speak to you they will not answer, I am actually now convinced they have blocked my number and emails.
They stated that if a property does not sell it will be relisted for free. My sale fell through and due to this i requested it be relisted however they never relisted it not only that they don't even have the decency to tell me this. It has been money down the drain for me and I would hate for others to have the same experience I have.
If you want to speak to people that know what they are talking about or even talk to anybody at all DO NOT use them. If you want what they promise at the start to be followed up DO NOT use them. If want want any kind of customer service at all DO NOT use them. And if you want value for money DO NOT use them. Personally I would not recommend them to my worst enemy avoid at all costs.

Spoke with Ammar this morning and he was really helpful and polite. He rearranged my viewing and called me back to confirm the time within minutes. Good service 👍

I contracted a service with Doorsteps, when the deal was that they would help me from beginning to end. After a year on having my flat advertised, they advice it would be delisted and relisted again free of charge. However, that never happen. I never got a communication back from them stating their policy changed, and they they are not fulfilling their word. I won't trust them again.

The company operates in a shambolic manner! I am trying to reach them for the last 2 weeks and no one cares to even reply to my emails. Every time I speak to a member of staff they are quick to assure me that my property is not listed on Zoopla due to some error on their site, but they resolved it as we speak, and still that never happens! This is unacceptable! They have charged my card yet have not provided the service as per the terms of business. I have even lodged an official complaint and this remains unanswered. Appalling service, steer well clear!

Ammar was helpful and efficient in sorting out my enquiry this morning. He was friendly and polite.
