Justin Leahy was extremely efficient and helpful in producing great photos and getting my house advertised within a couple of days of his visit. The first two viewings are already scheduled within hours of the ad going live online.
I can't comment on the later stages of house-selling, as I haven't got there yet, but so far, so good.

Ammar was very helpful today and did what I requested quickly with no fuss. Thanks!

If I could give no stars I would - Awful service from start to finish and they are responsible for two house sales falling through. All on back of a useless website, portal and customer service team. I have decided not to use estate agents again off the back of good experiences using OpenRent (who are good!) but this company is awful.

Im in property for a living, and I know what Im doing - I strongly advise you to stay clear of this awful set up.

Not fit for purpose.

They say that they advertise on zoopla, Rightmove and PrimeLocation.
This is untrue. My property was Only advertised on Rightmove. Buyers are unable to arrange viewings as no one answers the phone.numerous attempts made.

Also property for sale board is useless as buyers are unable to arrange viewings through website as the property is not listed.

It’s Utterly rubbish and not fit for purpose.

Doorsteps purport to market your property for sales purposes.
This is not done.
it’s impossible to sell a property as buyers are unable to arrange viewings. Or arrange contact with purchaser.
And it’s not advertised where Doorsteps says it is.

I have requested a full refund, as service is not as described and not fit for purpose. Certainly not value for money.

Advice - look elsewhere and run for your life!! Do not go with this company. They have failed to respond to all communications so far.

I'd read all the fake reviews of Doorsteps and gullibly believed them. How wrong I was. They are a bunch of scammers who will take your £700 and then do nothing.

No follow up phone calls not effort no contact. Nothing!.

They may have been successful when starting out as a one man band years ago. But no more. The greedy uncle took over and turned it corporate, and indifferent So be warned!.

Once they have banked your £700 they will do a disappearing act.

And that is frankly fraud and Trading Standards seriously needs to get involved with this company which has expanded through sheer greed.

When you try to contact them via a phone call you are put through to a call centre in Sri Lanka or South Africa, to a person who neither understands or speaks English. And who has no clue what you are talking about.

Doorsteps may have been effective years ago when started by a bright young man but sheer greed set in and his uncle took over and turned it into a massive corporate industry employing impersonal foreign call centres who have no clue what you are calling about.

I paid my £700 and a photographer who was indifferent to my questions arrived he snapped away and took some not very good pictures and blankly refused to answer my questions.

I could not understand his technical lingo and he arrogantly refused to explain to me . He talked down to me and dismissed me.

I was the one who supplied the house description so frankly Doorsteps did nothing other than take a few bad pictures which resulted in just one response in three months, that is all.

I initially was contacted by a woman from Doorsteps, called Lorida Berisha via Whatts App.

How professional is that?. Whatts App!.

But she disappeared after a week including her
picture on Whatts App no doubt out of total embarrassment at them making no effort whatsoever, and not coming up with any interest in my house having paid them £700.

Avoid this bunch of con men like the plague.

They will not help you sell your house.

It will be £700 down the drain.

Frankly if your advertised your property on Facebook or Gumtree you would get a far better response.

Doorsteps should be exposed for the fraudsters to the Trading Standards Industry for theft of owner's money and doing nothing in return.

Avoid Doorsteps if you want to sell your home.

Took advantage of the £100 for lifetime listing.
Only realised when there was a viewing that they had listed the house in the south of England by mistake.
Now have been told must pay £499 to relist the house.
I cannot get anybody to answer the phone, I have requested a call back, (nothing).
This is a terrible company, I would not recommend to anybody.
Obviously when the company changed hands their standards changed. Please steer clear.
There was a very poor response to my add, lockdown might have had an effect. I have a new build 6-10 bed house with separate double two storey garage on a generous plot. It is in need of completion, selling due to ill health.
The original owner who started the company was friendly and helpful, and assured me the listing would stay on the Internet for as long as it took to sell.
The company was sold on. Hence the very poor service.
I have had people book a viewing and never show up. Silly offers. I really rate doorsteps zero.

Absolute shambles. Practically had to dripfeed each department nyself to get anything done as there comms was terrible. Kept getting told the person dealing with us was never available. Not once did anyone call me back. Shocking
