Nice and Helpful staff member.

Thursday. Called to make a viewing on Saturday.
Told I would get an email to confirm.
Friday. Called to get the viewing, told they were waiting for the vendor to get back to them.
Saturday. Still no contact from Doorsteps. Sat outside the property and called both numbers for Doorsteps (says on their board they are 24/7). No reply. So no viewing. Not very good service FOR THE VENDORS. And I would really have liked to see it. You could have contacted me even if it was just to say you could not arrange the viewing.

Ken service is excellent. He explain me everything about the property.

Ammar has been gentle in manners and talking. He accepted all my suggestions about the viewings time.
However, I did receive any confermation of the viewing!?!?!!!

Quick and Easy

Arranged a house viewing with Ammar. They were well spoken, the process was quick, and i have no complaints.

Really good for the sale of the flat, cheap and easy enough to use. The main problem is that they then recommended their ‘partner’ company PCs legal for our purchase who were dreadful. They also messed up our searches which led to a frantic couple of weeks towards the end of the process so not ideal.

Started off really well.
However once they have had payment, the quality of care are communication goes downhill.

We payed for the full package, yet when we asked them to provide us with the photos, they wouldnt send them.
After weeks we gave up and chose a different route.

Communication is terrible and dont do what they promise.
