The cauk that came with gazebo was all dried up. Both tubes. Must have been quite old. The curtain hooks I order came very quickly. I do love my gazebo though.

Not as great as I thought
Of course a wall mounted 8 foot high gazebo requires for someone to go on top in order to fasten it and sealed it to the wall but sadly the top panels do not hold much weight , they bend under my light weight so not sure how it’s going to handle 10” of heavy snow, and the heat penetrates through the metal panels

Please note that our wall-mounted gazebo is designed primarily as a shade and light-weather shelter, not for heavy snow loads or frequent foot traffic on the roof. The top panels are engineered for structural integrity under normal use, but they are not rated to support standing weight during installation—we recommend using a stable ladder or scaffold and distributing pressure evenly across the frame, not the panels, when fastening.
For snow accumulation: we advise clearing snow promptly if it exceeds 4–6 inches, as 10 inches may exceed the design threshold. As for heat penetration, the metal panels are treated with a reflective coating to reduce solar gain, but they are not insulated; supplemental shading or a ceiling fan can help in hotter climates.
We continuously improve our products based on real-world use, and your input is invaluable. If you have further questions or need installation tips, pls don’t hesitate to reach out.
Love the gazebo but the installation…
Love the gazebo but the installation was tough. The clips at the end of the roof panels are useless and fell out as I was trying to place the panels. You need to wear gloves or your hands get cut up from the metal panels. Lastly, I had to drill the necessary holes because there were no holes where there should have been.

Your comments about the roof panel clips, sharp edges, and missing pre-drilled holes are extremely valuable. We’re already reviewing these issues with our production team to improve both product design and assembly instructions. In the meantime, we strongly recommend wearing gloves during installation (as noted in our manual), and we’re sorry that wasn’t clearer.
We would also like to clarify the purpose of the plastic clips used for installing roof panels. These clips are not without function; they are specifically designed to prevent water leakage from the roof panels.
We understand that installation may not always be straightforward and that the clips can occasionally fall out during the process. To address this, we generally recommend that customers use positioning tape to secure the clips in place during installation. Once the panels are fully installed, the tape can be removed. This approach simplifies the installation process and makes it easier to handle.

12x8 Three Door Sunroom
We ordered the 12x8 three door sunroom. Order arrived much quicker than the estimated window (a week sooner), which was both a blessing and a curse. It arrived via freight on a large, heavy pallet. We anchored it to a low deck that I built just for it. It is of high quality construction all around, much better than anything you would find at a chain store. Screens are durable, polycarbonate windows are a breeze to install/remove. You absolutely NEED at least two competent people to install this. The metal roof will prove to be the biggest PITA as far as installation goes (awkward). Overall we are very pleased with the purchase.

We received damaged parts, but getting the replacement parts was quick and easy! We still need to install the gazebo but the parts seem like good quality.

Great product
Packages came in timely manner. Got two packages delivered then the other two packages the next day all in good shape. If you follow the instructions it goes together with no problems. Just keep in mind it takes a good 8-10 hours to put together with two people

We love the look and style of this…
We love the look and style of this hardtop Gazebo. The only reason I did not give it a 5-star rating is because we are missing a side bracket and the top netting; to prevent bugs or birds from nesting, hook holes do NOT line up with the top Roof Cover.
The Outside Roof Cover and the Inside Roof Cover holes do line up perfectly.
I sent an email to service*domioutdoorliving.com requesting these parts be resent to me with pictures. But now they want me to create a video tape of the netting not lining up correctly.

The experience was great, product went together fairly easy, but needed more than 2 people to install. Their was a hiccup in your delivery system. Their were 7 packages delivered, however they did not all arrive at the same time. I believe if you would have sent the 7 shipments thru the same portal they would have arrived together in one shipment. Thanks

Well engineered product
Well engineered product. Most everything lined up and went together without much effort. Instructions could be more step by step, ordered and more detailed. Ran short on a few necessary fasteners. The caulk provided was problematic. No nozzle was provided so way too much sealant came out making a mess.
