Love the product. Very well made. Not giving it 5 stars because the hardware it came with didn’t fit in a few places my husband put together fairly easily in about 8 hours working by himself over a few days.

Website was easy to navigate. Delivery time and cost was fair. Product was as advertised.

Everyone was very helpful and worked together to get the process completed. It's still not completed because we're having a high heat and the metal gets very hot and burns my contractors hands so I don't know how well it's going to go up but everything's working out for right now. Keep sending me damaged replacement lids for original storage box lids that were damaged in transit . Something is wrong with mode of delivery or packaging or both .

The product is great material, strong sturdy. However the assembly is a nightmare. As most instructions you wonder who wrote them.The mounting screws and anchors for the rain guard on top are way over kill considering its just that thin rain guard that the blind sits into. Not holding the blind. However I am happy overall with the looks once mounted. Now lets see how it is with the rain

Some of the images in the instructions were more confusing than helpful, otherwise, my wife and I were able to assemble the structure in about 2 days.

We assembled two pergolas - a 10'x12' and a 14'x22'. Extras were sent for each hardware piece, which was great, because those #1s were used a lot and somehow we didn't end up with the extras. For both gazebos, the instructions were incomplete when it came to attaching the roof mesh. It took 25 minutes to figure out how to attach on the first pergola. Online videos showed a different mesh set-up than those we received. You will need five people to erect the roof support for a 14'x22' - one on each corner and one in the center. We had a windstorm after completion and the gazebos held firm and didn't sway or make noise. The roofs are waterproof though we may need to apply caulk to some of the gutters at the joints. All in all, they look great and we are happy.

They initially sent me the wrong color replacement curtains. When I reached out to them to tell them they were the wrong color it was no problem. They found my original request and confirmed their associate had sent me the wrong link. They then sent me a return label and immediately shipped the correct color curtain out via DHL. I installed them today! Thank you for taking ownership of a mistake made on your part and turning it into a positive so quickly!! Job well done!!
