Belle loves her new dog tag! The quality of the engraving as well as the tag istelf are extremely high. Compared to other brands I've used in the past, dogtags.ca offers great value for the price. I've recommended them to other family members since purchasing and would highly recommend to anyone looking to get their pet a high quality tag!

Excellent product and even better customer service!

The dog tags are an excellent quality! Customer service was extremely quick to respond to my question- love it!
I would do business again with Dogtags.

We ordered a dog tag for our very loved American Bully XL, custom engraved, silver in a dog bone shape- we absolutely love it! Great customer service and product quality. Would recommend to anyone and return for more tags!

We ordered a stainless bone shaped tag. It’s quite thick & the hole is robust. This tag will last the life of our dog.

Shipping was under 2 weeks.

Definitely recommend

Outstanding customer service. It took a month to receive in the mail due to customs clearance. If you have patience the tag is most definitely worth the wait. The company will answer any concerns and accommodating to receive your product. Very impressed with their service.

DOGSTAGS.CA is a SCAM
I'm contacting my credit card company to see if they can process a refund or at least stop this scammer taking money for orders.
Order never came. Couldn't get in touch with anyone as all emails get returned. Next time I'll find somewhere local to get a dog tag.

Delivered a tag with the wrong address on it, shipped to the right address, then proceeded to tell me the best they could offer is a 25% discount off of future product. Worst customer service out there. Stay away from this company!!!!!

I have received my steel dog tag. It is very attractive and much more substantial than others I have had. I think it will last well - it will not wear down in a couple of years like others I have had.

I ordered 3 dog tags .They are the bone shaped and silver in colour. They are really nice and great quality .I would recommend these tags you will not be disappointed .

Bought two for our dogs Maddie and Thor. Very good quality

Excellent quality both with material and engraving and prompt communication from seller.

I had trouble with the first shipping and didn’t receive the order, so their customer care sent another product right away.

Ordered 2 medals for my dogs. Great quality: medals are beautiful AND sturdy. Selection and text customization was user friendly from the "dogstags" site. Customer service was very prompt and to the point when I reached to them.
All in all, a super experience in all aspects!

excellent service and the tags are beautifully done!

Very good service, easy to order, good delivery and a quality product.

What more needs to be said?

Ordered a dog tag with custom engraving and love it so much. It's great quality and seems very sturdy. I really like the clasp it comes with as well. Makes it easy to remove but won't fall off at the same time. I had no issues with delivery. Wasn't in a rush for it so didn't mind that it took a few weeks. Would order from them again.

It took a while to be delivered but it looks so good and sturdy!

I ordered a dog tag Dec 30th 2022 and it's now Jan 17th 2023 and I have yet to receive this item or even an update on my order.
We have a new puppy, who's a flight risk and going without a dog tag for close to a month is just wrong.
Better communication as well honest shipping dates is my recommendation. I doubt I'll reorder again.
