Fake fake fake! Anything positive here is also fake. They took my money and never returned my emails.

Loving my furbaby's new tag and collar! Its absolutely beautiful and I love the black steel on both the collar and tag, instead of the regular silver. Only down fall was there was no email confirmation or shipping confirmation sent. Otherwise, love the products and have already made a second order

Dogstags is a very loyal company! The quality of the items are impeccable.

No confirmation email. Company did not respond to emails. Emails bounced back undeliverable. Dog tag not received.

The contact info says the dogstags.ca is owned by Custom Wizard LLP out of Florida. The CEO of the company is Kristelle Orle.
I will put the transaction in dispute with my credit card company.

We have been needing a tag for our dog that he can't destroy in 3 days, so we ordered a tag from Dogstags. It is great -- durable and really pretty. I would not hesitate to do business with this company again.

Emails do not get answered and I am stuck with a product we cannot use. I bought a puppy collar thinking this was a Canadian company. The collar arrived from the USA and took so long to arrive that the puppy has outgrown it. I have emailed them several times to try to exchange it for a bigger size but no one responds to the emails. What a waste of time and money!

I fell for their nicely designed website, but it's pure scam. I paid, never got an email confirmation which I thought was odd so started emailing them, emails bounce back, no other contact info.

TERRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT BUY! SCAM! I never received my dog tag after purchasing a month ago. The emails from the company bounce & they provide no phone number. Such a frustrating experience!

I am very happy with my new little dog tag, it is perfect. My little puppy passed away recently and this little tag is a memorial for him and the engraving is perfect and I’m very satisfied. At first I did not know if it was going to arrive because the postal system in Canada and in the USA is so slow and crappy so when I emailed the company to ask about it they immediately replied saying they would send me another one, however coincidentally that same day it arrived. So I message them to say it arrived and it was perfect. I am very happy with the customer service I received from this company .

Don't believe the good reviews here. They are a Scam website. No way to contact company email bounces back. Ordered product and never received

Originally chose this site because I thought they were Canadian. Turns out they are in Florida. Didn't receive confirmation email so contacted them through US email address. Canadian one bounced back. They replied within 48 hours that my tag had been shipped and sure enough it was in my mailbox the next day. Absolutely beautiful tag. Very high quality. Will be gorgeous on my new pup

Very good experience, my order was a bit late but the customer service answered back very quicky, in the afternoon of the same day I received the tag/medal. I choose the black one, it’s thick, very good quality for long time. I am very satisfied by the product and the service. Could not made a better choice.

Delivery took longer than expected and they didn't ship all the items I ordered.
I contacted their customer support to ask about the missing product over a week ago and still no response.

Shoppers beware.

I placed an order on October 14, 2021. The website states 5-7 business days following shipped I should receive the order. I have reached out on their website now 3 times with no reply back to me. I should have read these reviews prior to purchasing. It has been over a month and I have not received the products.

Like many others have said, I ordered my product over a month ago now and have yet to receive anything. Their website states that the product will be delivered within 5-7 business days after shipping which clearly is not true. They claim to be Canadian based but then list their location as Florida, USA on their contact page which I find very odd. I've submitted 2 contact forms and have not heard back from customer service. I never received any confirmation to my email about the purchase but my credit card charge went through pretty much immediately. I also emailed their contact email directly which came back as undeliverable. So disappointed because I wanted this dog tag for my friend whose pup recently had to be put down. Don't give this company your business.

UPDATE: I have received the tag after 2 months. I still haven’t heard from their costumer service (if they even have anything like that) and didn’t get a confirmation of my order.

I have never received the product. After waiting over a month I contacted their costumer service and never heard from them. My credit card was charged of course. If you look at their reviews they are all 5 stars because they monitor it. I tried to leave a review there but I'm sure it won't be approved. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Extremely disappointed.

Good quality product but disappointed communication!

We never receive our order email confirmation after purchase. We filled in their CS form on the site asking for confirmation without any response. We finally emailed to their main company (we believe!) and got a follow up with them.

Product arrived 3 weeks after purchase and the quality is very pleased.

I believe they have good product to the market, they just need to improve their CS service.

Never received an email confirmation. One I place the order, I went into my account and the items I ordered were now in back order (only once I place the order I got this notification). I decided to send an email to the customer service and got a mail delivery failed. Very disappointing. The payment already pass on my credit card.
I understand that many reviews are saying that they got their order only after a month but I am still very sceptical about the company. The website address is saying .ca but looking at the contact information the address is located in a house in Florida.
