For last week or so we were having…
For last week or so we were having issues with connection between till and DNA terminal, I must’ve called 3-4 times in one week,in the end fault was more on shopmate integration with DNA terminal, I was sent new terminal by DNA but connection problem was still there, in the end I asked shop mate to cancel integration but it still left me with their shopmate software on our terminal which then I called DNA and gentleman called Ali helped me step by step to resolve the issue
