This firm dealt with my problems in a very optimistic and professional way and they didn't mess about in collecting all my information regarding the problems I've experienced in my property. My claim is in the process of the solicitors and they are going to get a surveyor out to look at the outside wall where it's causing damp and mould to re enter my property which envitably would put my health at risk.

What a great team of people! The team helped me resolve the problems on my property! With it becoming winter I was experiencing a substantial amount damp and mould around my windows and also the roof was leaking into my bedroom. I spoke with the direspair support team who had my repairs fixed in no time!
