Especially this year i had Adam dealing with my holiday he honestly went up and beyond to get me a holiday for over Christmas with my family
Being so late booking this holiday

My son has just returned from an amazing European cruise holiday arranged by Disabled Holidays. He had the time of his life and it has really enriched his life. The whole process dealing with this company was smooth. Everyone I had communication with went out of their way to put my mind at ease. As you can imagine, being his mother, I was quite worried about the whole process especially my son being completely dependent on a wheelchair.
Would recommend and hopefully my son will get a chance to get away with the help of this company again one day

We booked a cottage in the Peak District and they were so helpful and wanted to make sure we had everything my parents needed. I spent hours trawling for suitable accommodation and found disabled holidays site. Search over! Communications were great and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I would also highly recommend Cottage by the Pond in Ilam. Couldn’t fault it and Sue (the owner) came to check we had everything we needed when we arrived. First holiday my parents have had in years and it was great 👍 My dad even said he wished he could move the cottage to Norfolk as he would be more than happy to live in it!

I wouldn’t of been able to get abroad without this wonderful company, I haven’t been away since the accident and to be honest I have been too worried but my worries were sure put to bed after the lovely staff explained everything in so much detail. It’s possible to book not only UK holidays, but abroad and cruise holidays and this company will from now on the only company I will use. Thankyou so much for everything.

WHAT A WASTE OF TIME, you go through the hyperinflated tel. answering system to end with them saying, we are so busy we don't deal with people on the phone, we only communicate via email; cowboys, these guys are obviously running it from the lounge.... disgusting service!

Don't waste your time booking through these people, I enquired about 3 days away with my disabled mum we were flexible on the dates, a lady got back to me with 3 dates, I told her I would need to speak to my mum and would let her know either way. Went to book it and the dates have gone. Lesson to me is don't use a travel agent book direct.....

Well done disabled holidays.com for really understanding problems faced by disabled travellers! With just 4 days to go before the start of our holiday my wife was admitted to hospital I rang disabled holidays to see if it would be possible to delay our holiday by a few weeks and was told sorry as you’ve let us know so late theirs nothing we can do!!

Unfortunately didn’t even get so far as booking. They repeatedly wrote my email address incorrectly despite my spelling it our numerous times. They sent me the wrong quote for the wrong place then when I asked for them to quote me for the place I had actually enquired about they forgot what the place was and I had to email a link to their own website. They then didn’t get back to me. I eventually emailed again and they just replied the place wasn’t available. I’m actually quite relieved I didn’t book with this place as they are completely disorganised.
Felt a bit exploited
Disabled Holidays outsourced to The Travel Company Edinburgh & In2Scotland who appeared to charge us over 22% more for the same dates & property as other companies not marketing the property as disabled. I only realised this when the name of the property was revealed and I could then bench-mark prices on both sides of our booking dates. Buyer beware of course, but it felt like we were penalised because we had my disabled sister with us.

Very easy to book and ensure we had everything we would need to enjoy the holiday. Good communication and answered all my questions. We got everything we asked for and could not be happier.
We stayed at Crescent Villas (blue) in Dalyan in Turkey and the Villa was of a very high standard with full accessibility throughout all three floors. The hospital style bed in the ground floor bedroom was exactly what we needed. There was a hoist that could be used in the villa and also a pool hoist so a dip in the pool was also possible. The villa has a lift that accesses all three floors and all four bathrooms are fully accessible too.
The villa owners (Nermin and Ali) could not have been more helpful and were on hand throughout our stay to help with anything; an adapted minibus for a trip to turtle beach, a day cruising the river with lunch on a boat that could take a wheelchair etc. They really went above and beyond! I will definitely be returning.

Disabled access holidays still owe me the deposit I paid for cancellation due to covid in 2020 I eas told I could have travel vouchers towards next holidays but now it seems they have ceased trading

Was good at first BUT....
I was getting ready to dip into the pool and there wasn't any signs saying how deep the water was!! Thinking I could reach the bottom I flopped in (as I have no arms or legs) and felt myself float to the bottom and almost drown!!! Was VERY cross with the safety mesurements. Needs more carers around.
All over the resort was amazing and made me feel included

I’ve used this company for several holidays with no issues, but like most recent reviewers I was left battling for a refund when THEY cancelled my holiday. I did not receive a refund in full and will not be using them again new owners not withstanding.

Disabled Holidays cancelled my family’s holiday 2 June 2020 due to Covid 19. We are still waiting on our refund of almost £12,000. We keep being told by staff that they will pay. ????? Still waiting. Please be very careful when considering this company for future vacations.

Refusing to refund holiday cancelled by covid-19
My elderly disabled grandparents booked a holiday with Disabled Holidays. Unfortunately, due to covid-19 it was cancelled. This is understandable but what isn't understandable is that Disabled Holidays refuse to refund the full amount and are deducting £184 to keep for themselves. I think it's disgusting that a company which claims to cater for some of the most vulnerable in society actually takes advantage of them.
Great fast service and good communication answered questions directly will use again
As my wife is disabled and needs a large scooter for mobility, finding anything other than self drive and self catering has been a problem. One is always taking a chance with the location and accommodation, if you do not return to somewhere you know. Disabled holidays seems to have fixed my problem. Booked 9 day Fjord cruise which could not have been better organised. Specific queries were answered asap and anything they could not answer was down to the cruise line. All documents processed quickly and we had a great time with lovely cabin and staff. Having a dedicated agency removes a lot of the uncertainty from booking trips. Will be using again.
Have already used again off to Baltic next year. Again I searched cruises but they found the ideal one inside 1 day. Cannot be bettered for disabled.
